We did continue to use Dr. Ternisky’s service as the pratice is generally good, albeit a bad staff member with poor customer service.

My brother and I have been going to dr ternisky since we were young they have an amazing staff and are extremely gentle and caring clean office and great place to take your kids for dental care!

We’ve had a mixed bag of experiences here, but enough inconsistency that we’re switching dentists. Some hygienists are gentle; on our last visit, though, they were so rough, my son’s gums were tender and painful for more than a week (he could hardly brush his teeth due to the soreness). On another occasion, we had his back molars sealed, and he had to undergo two painful corrections because they failed to properly apply the sealant. I find the dentists are cursory and often rushed in the time they spend, and this factored into the problems with the application of the sealant. Unfortunately, over our past few visits, we’ve seen a decline in the quality of services, so we’re moving on to someone else.

I’ve been taking my kids to Dr. Ternisky since we moved to the area about 7 years ago. Excellent staff who call to remind you of appts and try to fit you in when scheduling is tough. When you get there, you are seen fairly close to your appointment time even when the place is packed. The place is popular and often packed with kids. It’s apparent they like the place. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of the dentists and staff. Highly recommended.
