Online Owls

Online Owls are an outstanding group of professionals. I had two laptops, one that didn’t work at all (I messed up something on the operating system software), another that was extremely slow. Of course the Online Owls tech representative fixed both laptops– now both laptops function properly and run faster! What set Online Owls apart was the tech representative was Professional, super Polite, Knowledgeable, Patient and Committed to getting the job done — the results were far better than I thought was possible. Seriously — the previously slow laptop is six years old– and it’s working so well now!
I’m a numbers person working at a firm of techies & engineers. I could have asked one of my coworkers for assistance, they know this stuff forward and backward. However finding a coworker who’s not in a meeting or otherwise occupied is difficult, and I had been struggling with the laptops for weeks. Online Owls responded immediately to my call and had a representative at my office within two hours. The quality of work was excellent (a couple of my techie/​engineer coworkers agreed), and the service was well priced. I’m also very happy they came to me, that I didn’t have to drop off my laptop at a shop for a day. Online Owls has earned my business, and that of the firm at which I work — our new go-​to tech support!

Online Owls is amazing. I sent in a request today and had an owl working on my technology issues within 2 hours. All of the problems I have been working around are now resolved. Gio was professional, understood my problems, fixed them and explained everything along the way. One of the reasons I reached out to them is every repair person must pass a background check before they become an owl. From my perspective, Online Owls is the best technology service I have ever used and over the used, and over the years I have used many.

My Mac was super slow and some of the software wouldn’t work. Online Owls recommended what I need to buy, came out 1 hour after I got the hardware, performed a data backup, installed everything and competed the job within the hour. Now my Mac is faster and better than when I bought it 5 years ago!
