Food is just about average. No better than any other American style Chinese food. However, I have to pay much more just to sit in a nicer place.

I used to go here all the time, mostly because my boyfriend really like the pad thai. I have never been a huge fan, however as of the last year their menu has changed over and over– and for the worse. I used to like these little seaweed chips that were stopped with tuna and avocado, but they have since gotten rid of them. They have also made a new line of jicama tacos they advertise like crazy which are just terrible. I tried the lobster ones upon our last visit and they were just starchy jicama shells with tiny pieces of dry lobster overpowered with tons of red chili. I also feel that nothing is consistent and sometimes my combo fried rice will have 2 shrimp in it and tons of beef, other times it will have 10 shrimp and a little beef. Sometimes certain items come with a sauce– sometimes they don’t. Sometimes soups come with noodles– and sometimes they don’t. Aside from that I feel like everything just tastes like salt. I can’t remember the lettuce wraps(which I used to like) ever being so so salty. I cant tell if my blood pressure is rising from the salt or my irritation as a chew through item after item I don’t like. I’m okay with the pad thai. Its not traditional, but its okay, I like the lime it comes with, and my boyfriend likes it.

While I have heard of P.F. Chang’s, I had never actually had it before nor did I really know what it actually was other than Chinese food. But eventually, my family and I finally tried Swoozie’s favorite place to eat(sWooZie on Youtube!) I really quite liked the food. Having no idea that it was an Asian fusion kind of place, we had chicken lettuce wraps as an appetizer, and shared entrees of lobster fried rice, honey shrimp, Korean Bulgogi steak, and Mongolian beef with brown rice. The chicken lettuce wraps and lobster fried rice were superb! The chicken was well spiced and had sort of crispy/fried(?) noodles in it, so it had a nice crunch and flavor when wrapped in the lettuce. My personal favorite was the lobster fried rice which my brother ordered. I had no idea it was lobster fried rice because I wasn’t there when they ordered it, but man was it good. I found the honey shrimp and bulgogi steak rather alright. Nothing exceptionally special, but I didn’t think it tasted bad by any means. The shrimp were pretty heavily battered though so there was a lot more crust than shrimp. I can’t really compare the bulgogi steak to other bulgogi I’ve had out of fairness, but I thought they did a decent job. I much enjoyed the Mongolian steak which came with asparagus, and it was very good. However, I did not care for the brown rice that came with it. There was something kind of off about it, and it was hard to chew. I came late to the lunch so I cannot fairly comment on how the service was, though my parents remarked that the food took about twenty minutes to come out. For the most part, the server was very nice and attentive to our needs. The atmosphere of P.F. Chang’s is of course quite nice and kind of gives an upscale kind of vibe. The whole location was very large with a lot of seating, so I can’t imagine a wait to be too long. Overall, I really liked the food here and I’ll definitely be coming back with my family!

The food here tastes alright. Hit or misses with a few. The menu certainly has changed since I was here nearly a 5 – 7 years ago. We had chicken lettuce wraps, lobster fried rice, honey shrimp, korean steak, amd mongolian beef. The fried rice was super duper salty and the shrimp had so much breading around it. The rest tasted just fine. However we were seated right by the entrance, and everytime the door opened cold wind blew in our face. I noticed empty tables in the back though, not sure why we couldn’t sit there. Also, each dish is average 15 $… Too overpriced if you asked me.

Sweet food! Literally sugar sweet food. Why would they add sugar to kum pao?! The only thing I could eat there was dynamite shrimps. Very! mediocre and sweetened entrée. The salad which was served along with the California roll sushi was salty as anything! In short the food did no justice to the money and time.

Disappointed with my lastest visit to PF Changs. We were greeted at the front but then ignored until the hostess sat us. We had waited about 20 minutes for a waiter or waitress to come assist us but no one had came so our hostess had to order our drinks and appetizers. Soon after our actual waitress took our orders and as our food arrived we asked for extra plates and waited 20 minutes for them! The appetizers were very good as well as our entrees but on the korrean bbq chicken stir fry entrée, it was underdone. It was a Monday night and the restaurant was not busy and the service was slow. Very disappointed with my visit because my past visits to this establishment have been wonderful.

Food is good, not great. They don’t use MSG so that’s a big plus. I would have given them a 4 but in the interest of cramming as many people in as possible waiters and customers banged into my chair not less than 5 times during dinner. Its so crowded that waiters carrying dishes and customers can’t get through. Not a great relaxing experience when you have to move your chair every few minutes. Bad space planning and really annoying.

Whenever I come to this place, I always get the FOUR-COURSEPRIX-FIXEMENU $ 39.95 for two but ended up sharing for 3 – 4 people, because it is alot of food. It comes with soup(hot&sour /egg drop), so get both and they taste good. Unfortunately, they recently took out the salt pepper calamari, so I got the spring rolls instead. The best thing about PF Chang’s is that their food use less msg(I’m asian, so I like msg lol). For entrees, I got the mongolian beef(the best) with green onions and crispy honey chicken(not too creamy). Will definitely recommend this place in lieu of the regular chinese take out because their price is comparable and they offer gluten free as well.

Stopped for a quick lunch that was not quick. Our server was Adreen who was amazing. All the tables that came in after us received their food before us tho. The kitchen was a bit bogged down at lunch time. Adreen recommended the banana spring rolls for dessert and he was so right. Absolutely amazing. Great service. Slow kitchen. So go during off-peak hours.

I really like the food here. Changs spicy chicken is mighty tasty. Unfortunately, the quality of the meat isn’t always consistent, and not everything on the menu is as good as the spicy chicken.

It pains me to speak ill of this place because I truly enjoy the flavors. From the chicken lettuce wraps to crispy honey shrimp or kung pao anything, it’s all delicious. My staple Mongolian Beef and most recent Pepper beef… also tasty. But after eating here many, many times… I find I’m not excited when the opportunity comes up again. Why? Despite the great flavors, the meat quality seems to consistently disappoint. The beef is overly chewy, the breaded items and overly breaded, and I feel better before the meal than after. On my most recent visit it also finally clicked: the service for us has been consistently poor. This last visit may have been the worst at two hours, not including dessert… in a very under-crowded restaurant. A few extra minutes for errors on the bill. So while I really like the tastes… it seems like I like the idea of this place much more than the execution. At the end of the day, it’s the execution that matters.

Surprisingly good! Service was great and quick. I got dynamite shrimp s starters which was fantastic with ginger peach hot tea and honey. Then got a small cup of egg drop soup which tasted delicious because the broth had a tint of chicken taste to it. Generous portions for the entrees! I was practically full by the time the entrees came. The dan Dan noodles were pretty good as well as the shrimp fried rice. Dan Dan noodles had ground chicken and it was not greasy at all.

PF Changs is… PF Changs– although the Galleria seems to always be a tiny bit better than other PF Changs– it’s still… Blah. Our server, Brian, seemed disinterested and annoyed– and we don’t ask for much. Either way. It was PF Changs– good but nothing spectacular.

PF changs has always been a fav, however this time the experience wasn’t great. Had been there for Mother’s Day celebration. 1. Extremely dirty booth 2. No rice served with entrée n I was told u need to request it specifically which was never the case earlier. Steamed rice is default unless u wanna upgrade to something else. 3. Kids menu with no kids drink … Again the waitress told us plz specify while ordering. 4. No fortune cookies! Aren’t u guyz supposed to ask what u want with ur food or should we just keep looking in the menu n guess oh u missed this! Definitely not like before… I have been there several times n this was not the great one.

For a chain restaurant located inside of a shopping mall, PF Chang’s is not bad. Despite being Americanized, they offer a wide variety of creative and tasty dishes dubbed as «Asian-Fusion». Though I’ve frequented this establishment many times in the past, my most recent experience was a family dinner of roughly 15 people. We ordered family style multiple quantities of: Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps Crispy Green Beans w/spicy mayo Crispy Honey Shrimp Mongolian Beef Orange Peel Chicken Garlic Noodles The chicken lettuce wraps are my personal favorite– well-seasoned, perfectly portioned, and simple flavors/ingredients made deliciously. The crispy honey shrimp is also another go-to dish of mine, except this time the flavor fell short from what I remembered and it was soggy. The Mongolian beef was a big hit for the fam– perfectly cooked beef with tasty sauce. Everything else was just average. the garlic noodles especially lacked any outstanding flavor and was a bit bland. The servers were friendly and accommodating to our large group. The food came out in a timely manner and our drinks were constantly refilled. I also love the ambiance of the place; the dim lighting and booths make for a relaxing environment. Personally, it’s not my first choice of restaurants and I typically only come here when my family wants to, but my experiences overall have always been generally good!

This review will be based on a couple of stuff from the menu and customer service. I tried the dynamite shrimp awhile back and I loved the appetizer so much that after a couple of visits I would get it as a entrée. So I would ask for rice and that would be my meal.(No charge on rice.) I really love it! The dynamite is a must try. I’ve ate it so much I’ve got to say I’m tired of it, but regardless of that, it’s really delicious. I also really like their vegetable lo mein, except there is too much veggies! Lol. It’s really flavorful and lovely texture. Last but not least there service is sooooo nice. I really appreciate the servers, and even the manager that is always on the floor! Great experience :)

So I know a lot of people argue that PF Changs is not authentic or pricey, but I am a fan. All of their food is flavorful without being too heavy(except maybe the Dan Dan noodles) and you can get it with brown rice to be even healthier. My personal favorites are the chicken lettuce wraps and the shrimp with candied walnuts. I also really like their lunch deals.

As we all know, this is a highly americanized version of «Chinese» food. But nonetheless, I come here from time to time to get my PF Changs fix. Here are some items I usually get: Lo mein with shrimp. Pretty good. Comes with A LOT of noodles, so you will have leftovers if you are normal, but if you are are like me, you will eat it all in one sitting! You can pick to add beef or chicken instead of shrimp to your noodles. Almond & Cashew Chicken — way too salty. This would be my favorite entrée if they could really reduce the amount of sodium in them. The sweet and sour chicken is pretty good, not too salty, not too sweet. For dessert, I get the banana spring rolls, the best part is the coconut ice cream it comes with– so delicious, I could eat heapings of that alone. The banana fried stuff is good too! I wish there was an individual portion of this, because I want it all to myself!(Not that I couldn’t eat the sharing portion alone LOL — just less spring rolls and more ice cream for individual portion would be ideal!) They also have some smaller desserts, what they call«sweet treats», which are individual portions, such as tiramisu(pretty good), salted caramel cake(haven’t tried), peanut butter crunch cake(okay) if you want something small and aren’t into sharing(like me) I am sad that they got rid of the red velvet sweet treat though, it used to be my favorite one :(

Our waiter says«hey we’re not Chinese» and he should know, right? Lol. WTF is Asian fusion anyhow. for me it meant a margarita(mex?) served with a lettuce wrap app(korean?) and Hunan hot fish(definitely chinese). The service was friendly and fast, the drinks were strong and fairly priced, and the food was pretty darned good for a mall restaurant so it was an A-OK meal. Right, a margarita at a Chinese place, what kind of gringo am I? Well our waiter promised a double hit of tequila and it was only $ 9 so I caved. I have no flipping idea what was«organic» about it but it was actually pretty solid! If you’re a beer person choose from 3 drafts: Dogfish Head 60 min, Kirin Ichiban(japanese beer!?) and Sam Octoberfest(nope no Tsingtao). A chicken lettuce wrap appy arrived with about half a head of iceberg(no romaine) and itty bitty chunks of chicken like gravel, plenty of great flavor here and hey not too many carbs :), a huge portion for $ 9. Pork dumplings were classic steamed chunks with nice sauce and garnish over the top, 7 for $ 8 wasn’t crazy. The menu does sound mostly Chinese with stuff like dan dan noodles, spicy green beans and more. We asked them to set us on fire, our waiter was refreshingly honest and said that ain’t gonna happen. But the Hunan hot fish, deep-fried chunks in a nice sauce, was legitimately medium, kudos. Spicy green beans had been a bit overcooked and of the spice there was little trace. Vegetarian rating: 4 stars for the many choices including coconut curry vegetables, Buddha’s feast, ma po tofu and stir-fried eggplant; all $ 9 – 11 very affordable. Plus there were a few apps, so veggies will be just fine here. Dark inside, reasonably quiet so well suited to adult conversation. The only bad thing was they sat us immediately next to the bathroom hall, I loathe smelling disinfectant. Seriously people the place was 2⁄3 empty why give us the worst table? :(

When I asked my friend where he wanted to go for his birthday dinner, he replied P F Chang’s in Tyson’s Galleria. Okay, I said and my thoughts started thinking about their Peking Duck with the little pancakes and scallions. The one with the delicious plum sauce and crispy duck. By the time we got there I was in the mood. I searched and searched the menu for my go to favorite. But, they took it off the menu and I was disappointed. I went with my second choice, the shrimp with lobster sauce. While we waited for our dinner I ordered the Asian pear mojito and boy was that good. It was sweet, potent, and muddled properly. I was delighted. It went downhill after that. Our dinner entrees took 40 minutes to come from the kitchen to the table and my friends was not cooked properly. I felt terrible, it was his birthday and his food was not what he ordered. To the managers credit she took his meal off the bill and gave him a gift card to come back and get a free meal. My shrimp with lobster sauce was mediocre. I did scarf it down, but I was hoping for better service and great food. So, go for the drinks and stay in our area where Asian cuisine is done with care and authentic taste. The picture of the drink should say parr mojito. I messed up and the app would not let me correct it.
