Had a great experience purchasing an accessory at Prada. Jonathan went out of his way to help me get an accessory that the store didn’t have in stock. He found the item at another store and worked with the other store to get it shipped to my house. He was very professional and even followed up with status updates. Great customer service!

This is a beautiful store with beautiful merchandise and the sales associate could not have been any nicer or more helpful. However… when it came time to pay for the bag I chose, two other employees converged on the register to monitor the transaction along with the sales associate which made me feel very uncomfortable. It may have been that the sales associate was new there, or that they were prejudging my ability to pay for a designer bag based my casual summer attire. In any case, a woman who appeared to be the store manager made a comment to me in a tone that made me want to leave without buying the bag but I really didn’t want to penalize the sales associate for the other woman’s lack of tact. Next time I am interested in buying a Prada bag I’ll bypass the store and go directly to the website.

Cyndy’s Bottom Line: Beautiful merchandise with atrocious customer service. So excited to see Prada at Tyson’s Galleria. Stopped by to check on the purses. I asked the sales associate to see a purse and see muttered something as she walked towards the back of the store. She bought a purse out put it on the counter in front of me and walked away. She was obviously more interested in conversation with the other associates. Too bad to sad. I will not be shopping in the store again. Aloha!
