We had Marty come out about 4 years ago to do all eight of our front windows… we were so pleased with the blinds from the time we met with Marty to the installation by Carl that we called them back just a month ago to do all of the back windows on our house. We are so pleased! No hesitations at all in recommending Marty and his crew!

We had our shutters installed in 2010 on our first floor, now we are going back to have the upstairs front windows done. Price was quite reasonable for 9 or 10 windows — still look good. They were able to accommodate the initial consultation when I had a day off and the rep (Craig) was very friendly and had good suggestions.

Just had a visit from a real life MAGUYVER named Craig at Snyders. Not only did he fix a problem we have had with our remote control shades for years– he went the extra mile to totally make sure everything was working properly. Was so nice and courteous and did an amazing job! I just talked to him on the phone yesterday afternoon and in less that 24 hours my multi-​year problem was solved! Would highly recommend. Totally ask for Craig– he is a gem!!!

Outstanding service AND pricing. Highly recommended. I found Snyder Shades and Shutters through Washington Consumer Checkbook, and after purchasing 15 shades and blinds in a variety of styles, I am a very happy customer. 1) SERVICE: The owner Marty Simon came to my home and gave great advice about what to choose for each room — both in terms of practical use and in terms of budget. In some cases he steered us away from what we’d thought we wanted, and towards less expensive (but not lower quality) options. In every instance, his advice was right on the money and we are very satisfied. 2) PRICE: Snyder’s quoted only Hunter Douglas products — not a cheap brand by any means — but their prices were literally unbeatable. I know. I tried. I got competing quotes and they couldn’t come close — even using «cheaper» brands. 3) INSTALLATION: The installer Carl was very flexible in terms of time windows for the installation. He arrived on time and was very professional, accurate, and neat. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
