I recently started working near Sophia’s, and I have quickly become a fan. As others have mentioned, it is not a fancy destination designed to attract foodies. Rather, Sophia’s is a deli in an office building that does a very good job of catering to their clientele. I enjoy the salad bar and hot food bar. Each day they have a different selection of meats, vegetables and soups, all of which are very well prepared. The sandwiches are outstanding as well. The employees all try very hard to please, and the ones I have talked to are super friendly, especially Denise.

I think JH hit it pretty spot-​on in a previous review: «4 stars — not as in, amazing cuisine and dining experience. Rather, 4-​stars for what it is, a small deli serving an office community well.» However, I think it should be 3 stars «A-​OK», cuz that’s just what it was.
This place was recommended to my mother & I while between pre-​op & LASIK surgery appointments at TLC, which is located in an upper level of the building.
We were neither disappointed or blown away. It was just a decent breakfast. I can totally see how it would be a convenient place to eat for the people who work in the building — especially lunch. It boasts hot food, salad bar & sandwiches.
