Walked into this store for the first time ever on a Saturday night. The most rudest employees I’ve ever came across. It sucks to know that people not only not have customer service skills but also have no manners. The women was standing there just staring so I had to greet her first. Management should definitely retrain the people employed here. I personally would never spend a single dime in there.

I had a great experience here. This is definitely the place to go if you want helpful but not pushy advice and service. I needed an undergarment for a special occasion dress. I asked for a fitting room with two full slips in hand an the salesperson asked what I planned to wear with the slips. When I explained, she asked follow up questions and made a couple additional suggestions, and brought in the items to try. She also took time to explain how each of my choices might look under the dress. She helped me think through the best undergarment for my outfit, which made the shopping experience the best one ever for this type of purchase. Department store salespeople usually know bra fittings well but aren’t much help with shape wear. So, this specialty Spanx only store is one I’ll return to when I need shape wear for a specific outfit again.

I walked past the store and did one of those double takes and ended up walking backwards in to the store, specifically thinking that I’d heard they sold bathing suits. I picked up a couple different bottoms and tops, but was not impressed. Like some other Spanx shapewear I’d tried on, it was so tight and uncomfortable, and *truly* made me look worse than before I put it on.
The sales associate, Lyla, was pretty talkative and after discussing how much I did not like the one I tried on, she said she had the perfect swim suit. I was like THIS close from saying, no, it’s okay, and leaving, knooowwwwing I did not want to drop some bank on a swimsuit I’d maybe wear three times over the summer.
But, she brought in two sizes for me to try on in the most plush dressing room I’ve ever been in (including multiple bridal salon/​wedding dress shops,) and it was like angels started singing from above. The black swim dress was actually long enough to cover that dreaded inner thigh area for most women and looked good up top… I have looked for years and years and YEARS for something like it, so when I saw the $ 198 price tag, I thought «This is so crazy, but I just might buy it.» And I did. And then, she told me they are having a sale on swimsuits (and sales are rare there,) so it knocked $ 50 off the price and I really felt like I was getting away with robbery. Some string bikinis go for $ 100, so for the material, the quality, and the style, this was not *that* bad.
I can’t wait to wear it out swimming soon!

Instant correct posture!
The customer service is fantastic! The employees are welcoming, and do their best to make sure you leave with what works best for you, and know their garments well. And these products are comfortable compared to other brands that try to accomplish the same result. Very girly shop and great dressing rooms too!
You’ll pay a bit more than what you’ll find in say, Macy’s, but the products are totally superior.
