What they have done with this land is amazing. Well marked trails, creek crossings, restored environments, and education opportunities that simply didn’t exist 20 years ago here. A gem to visit during a visit to Funk’s Grove.

This is an awesome place to experience nature with the entire family! My son’s favorite thing was the kid’s zip line. He also loved climbing the big tree, playing in the sand, and jumping over the pond rocks and tree stumps! We didn’t get to the hiking trails but plan to next time!

I had a lovely time out here with my mother and grandmother. We had a wonderful time looking at the animals in the tanks in the center, watching the birds in the bird observation area, and walking around the grounds. It was wonderful to look at the different types of animal things from different animals. It was a wonderful time and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a short nature trip.
