My husband and I met Tim at an open house 5 ½ years ago and we chose him to be our Realtor. He felt more like a family member helping us make a big decision. He was very flexible with his schedule and was always mindful of ours. With his help we purchased of our first town home. Tim kept in contact though the years offering assistance with upkeep and home handymen recommendations. We didn’t hesitate to use Tim again 5 years later to sell that town home and purchase a single family home. I will continue to recommend Tim to my friends.

Tim was also helpful in recommending an inspector and professionals to do home inspection repairs, etc. As first time home buyers, we appreciated Tim’s patience, willingness to explain the buying process, and low-​pressure approach.

I was referred to Tim by a friend who has purchased several investment properties with Tim over many years and recommended him highly. Tim was always on top of all my requests — for comps, for inspections, for contractors. He was consistently available when I needed his assistance, and went above and beyond what I asked for. I appreciated the peace of mind of working with someone I knew was as responsible as Tim throughout my search for an investment property. Tim is detail-​oriented, thoughtful, and a great member of any team.
