Hands down my favorite Chinese food place ever. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years and they rarely disappoint, and the food is delicious and fast! Service is friendly as well! Highly recommend!

I work nearby and need to go this place once a week to pick up food for the entire company. People love their bibibamp!!! But if you are just going for bibibam, definitely call before to ask if it is available — this week, we tried to order but the bibibamp chef is on vacation so they don’t have it for two weeks. My college also loves double cooked pork, she said it is really good and orders it every week. Definitely a good place to go during lunch break.

METALINMYDUMPLING! I give this place no stars. Customer service is bleak, the food I got was eh, and well… I found a shard of METAL in my dumpling. Immediately stopped eating and after work(got food during my lunch break), I took it over with evidence in hand. The young lady at the front seemed more shocked than what I could make out is the manager. He said, ‘it looks like the metal from the packaging’ referring to where the dumplings were. Yes… But this piece of metal was INSIDE the dumpling! My gum still hurts from bitting down on it, and God knows where that piece of metal came from. I can only hope I don’t get an infection. After taking the evidence over, he just looked at me like a deer in the headlights. The young lady there was apologetic, and they didn’t do anything from there. I didn’t ask for anything, don’t want anything but for them to be careful, and that’s how we left it.

We enjoyed the egg drop soup and steamed dumplings on their outside patio with a lovely garden. Not the best we ever had, but tasty and the staff is very nice.

Not so great. First time in the place. Was attracted to the café outside. Went inside to order to be seated. No one paid attention. The counter had lots of carry out bags and the phone was ringing constantly. They didn’t have time for the line of customers inside, waiting to order. After waiting five minutes which is a lot if you have a lunch break. I decided to take it to go and eat on way back to work. Decided to order something easy I ordered shrimp low mein waited another ten minutes paid $ 7.90 and left. The low mein was the worst I ever had. It was over cooked greatly and bland. The shrimp tasted bad too. It was tiny shrimp with a bleach taste. I threw the food out. Wanted to go back and talk to the manager but didn’t have time. I think when a restaurant is too busy, they just start to mix things up and move the customer out. I only write reviews when I feel I got ripped off. The noodles you eat out of those cups which cost about 50 cents or less have more flavor then what I had.

We visit family in McLean every summer. We alway hit Wok n Roll and Moby Dicks house of kabob. The four stars is for the Combination noodle soup. You can order it spicy or not spicy. I have never found another soup like this one. This place is small, I would just order take out.

I had a great time eating here and would definitely recommend it. The interior of the restaurant it quiet lovely but theres also some outside seating which is really nice. My girlfriend and i walked in here on a random night just looking for something to eat and I was happy with our choice. I had the Thai Mango chicken and we both shared some pork dumplings which were both very tasty. The servings are quite large and well worth their prices. The only thing that was kinda disappointing was the cocktail my girlfriend had ordered which seemed to be on the weaker side tasting like nothing but juice. other than that minor thing the service was great and the staff was very friendly.

My expectations for this place tanked when I walked through the door only to be greeted by a MASSIVE counter that took up about 2⁄3 of the joint. My hope for a good meal in a sit down /table service restaurant evaporated immediately. Seating was definitely cramped, and room to walk was even less. Not only that, but there is no waiter service here. It’s an order at the counter type place. Because I was there with another co-worker that sprung to the counter to order and pay in the blink of an eye, I had little choice but to join him or sit and watch him eat. I opted for getting something to eat. I got the grilled chicken with white rice and salad, then joined him at the table. My hopes dropped even further when his plate was delivered. Orange chicken — deep fried to death, and saturated in heartburn sauce. The side of fried rice he ordered was nothing short of pathetic. It had no vegetables or egg in it. Just fried white rice in soy sauce. With all this disappointment surrounding me, I was taken aback when my plate was delivered to me. The food was displayed nicely, and looked very appealing. It also tasted pretty darn good — Though the chicken was a tad on the salty side. Overall I have no complaints about my meal. There was certainly no wow factor to the look and feel of the restaurant, but they made up for this in spades with the food. I would happily return for a second round.

Soo much fun! Food was delish and the private rooms were too off the chain! Take friends and have a blast singing and dancing to the best music!

Very disappointed in the food, service and the dining experience. My duck was too salty and dry. And they did not want to accept the groupon. They acted like they did not know how to process it if it was not printed… I will not be back.

Spoiled by their location… as nothing here really hits the mark. Watered down sauces(including their table soy sauce), poor quality meat and expensive prices. The fried noodles you get with your soup is just about the best thing here… if they give you more than 10. Won’t be coming back…

3.5 stars rounded down… This really isn’t a four star place This is an above average carryout spot below average ethnic restaurant. This review is for delivery only. We got the Sichuan shrimp, general tsos chicken, dumplings, crab Rangoon, hot and sour soup, sweet and sour shrimp and Singapore noodles… We were hungry! The food came as described, quickly, portions were large and the food hit the mark for Chinese carryout. –The Sichuan shrimp was super tasty. –The noodles were great(though pretty heavy and greasy) the taste of curry was really enjoyable. –the soup was awesome(and really inexpensive) –The general tsos was on point as well, the chicken was crispy and the breaking wasn’t over done. –The dumplings and crab Rangoon were average(I think everyone just gets these frozen from the same vendor). –The sweet and sour shrimp left much to be desired. Go with the general tsos if you’re craving a sweet americanized dish.

The poor customer service ruined it for us. We ordered 3 dishes for delivery. We were told it would be delivered in 30 minutes. At the 1 hour mark I called and they said he would be there soon. At the 90 minute mark he still had not come. The woman I spoke to on the phone was not very helpful or nice. I would have canceled the order but I prepaid. The food was not hot when it got here and not very good.

Skip if you can. Surly service by young twins and totally skimp on wontons in the soup. 4 wontons in a quart of soup. Seriously! Let’s get back to basics! Recommend house of fortune as a local alternative.

I love this place it’s nothing crazy but I love the cheap greasy tasty American Chinese food. This place is always consistent and on the cheap side. I always know what to expect here :)

Review for karaōke only– I went upstairs to this tiny bar for the karaōke. We were all crammed in, watching really bad people take turns holding a mic. There was no stage, so people just sort of form circles around their friends. It was just too hectic for me.

Can’t say I really enjoyed our experience. The food wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t good either. We ordered for delivery and we may have been pushing their 3 mile delivery radius since the delivery guy had no clue where we lived even with the exact address. I had to explain where I lived and how to get here just like pre-GPS days. He came earlier than the estimated time though. When he arrived he told me it was his first time at my building. I tip him generously for the trouble. General Tso Chicken was a monumental disappointment. As you can see, the 12 pieces of chicken was neatly arranged in 3 rows of 4. At $ 12 this immediately doesn’t seem to be such a great value. Then there comes the taste; It was a bit sour and not as sweet as what I’m typically used to. Singapore Noodles — The strong curry and spicy flavors kick you pretty good; however, after shoveling in forks full of this stuff into our mouths, we realize the small shrimp that was used had a completely mushy texture. It was pretty disgusting. Plus the meat used in it also had a funky taste to it. Triple Delight — was not great, but not terrible. Aside from not really tasting like other places, we didn’t have anything to complain about like we did with the other dishes. The fried rice was a joke. Just colored rice with tiny specks of scrambled eggs, not even one piece of vegetable. Probably won’t order here again but wouldn’t necessarily discourage others from trying any of the other dishes.

My family has been getting takeout here since I was a little kid. The food is always done just right. My go-to’s: egg drop soup, cashew chicken, shrimp and broccoli. It is fun to pickup here because the chefs are cooking right there behind the cashier and you can climb up on one of the stools and watch them. Fun watching the fire and them throwing the food around and hearing the sizzzzle of the stoves. I wouldn’t recommend actually eating inside the restaurant as it is very tiny, but for takeout it is great! Also they have a good bowl of candy at the cashier. There is some slightly cheaper Chinese food around, but few that are as consistent and reliable as Wok & Roll! Definitely recommend.
