We had the original cable box while we were living in our apartment. Once we moved into our new house and was switched over to the«awesome X1 box» we have had nothing but issues. Delays, lag from the remote response to cable box. The techs have been out several times and each one has their idea of a fix and nothing has worked. Statements of oh we will do this or do that and yet nothing happens. Just to switch channels takes standing on your head and doing a dance while rubbing your belly to get it to work by then your fav show is over. Really contemplating going to another company. Today is October 21, 2015. When we started our venture with Comcast we started back in June 2015. And here we sit with still issues with their system. Again it’s a brand new house and brand new drop lines. We keep getting error codes at least once a week. The most recent one is RDK-3004 and you do everything it says and nothing works. BUT as soon as you get a rep on the phone and they look at your account it all of a sudden works. Then we are told your levels are in the red and we even have a amplifier for the levels and the main box is in my front yard. We live in the city so it’s nothing to do with neon out of range. They say they are reimbursing us. Horse crap.

Serious lack of service reps and terrible delays to install but the install techs were awesome! Direct TV in OR is far worse, their install people were beyond awful and failed the job four times over two weeks, never again!
