This place is awful. They are rude and unhelpful. They don’t return calls even if you say in your message that it’s urgent. They also accuse people. I had to take accutane for my acne and I had to lower my blood pressure. I successfully did. The nurse said «oh how did you manage that?» She was implying that she thought I wasn’t eating. This was far from the truth and I was appalled that she’d even talk to me in not only an unprofessional but also a just plain rude manner. On another visit they informed me that my blood work looked as if I had been heavily drinking the night before. I was under age at the time so I absolutely did not drink. I told the this and they asked me 3 times afterwards. «are you sure?» «you can tell us you aren’t going to get in trouble.» I was so fed up I simply told them «well you’re pretty set in thinking that I’m a liar so why don’t you write down whatever the hell you want.» To add to the disrespect you also wait an unreasonable amount of time. It should not take 3 hours for a check up. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially not young people and students at Linfield. Don’t waste your time. Disrespect, unnecessary rudeness, unhelpful and too long waiting periods. Are only a few reasons why not. Time will be way better spent going to another town.
