Fjelland Floors

We had one of the worst customer experiences here ever.
First, we got quotes from several different places that offered the flooring we wanted. Lowe’s, Lumber Liquidators, all gave us quotes for new floors and they were similar enough that we decided to support a local business.
This was a lesson in why Not to support a local business. Problem one and a giant warning sign from the start, is that the staff didn’t think we were serious about getting a new floor, or had enough money for floors. We were treated like we weren’t important from the beginning.
Then we trusted their expertise on the right flooring for our home. We are not flooring experts, and we totally trusted their recommendations. Then it turned out that the floors weren’t right. They blamed the bad floors on our house! It couldn’t possibly be their fault.
The communication was horrible from start to finish. There was no honesty or integrity. This is one of the worst Unilocal reviews I have ever written. I would steer anyone away from this place for infinity.

I just wanted to say how nice and helpful the people are at Fjelland Floors. Every time I’ve been there to investigate flooring options they have been informative and friendly.
