Really unique store with interesting and artsy products. The man working the store was friendly. Cool place to check out if you’re in the area.

I guess no one at the store heard about my recommendations from before… i.e. to start buying a new assortment of items. I come in every year and see the same things or things that are very very similar to things I already have. The other suggestion would be to try and find even more local artist to help supply the store as we live in Oregon and do not wish to buy anything made in other countries. They do have SOME local artist crafted items but I would like to see even more. We have enough artzy people in Oregon to keep this place stocked with a local few of a kind items. I love the store and will return. Thanks again… but just know… this year I didn’t buy anything because 95% of the items were the same as last year and the year before last. Not enough new products. :/…sad… I love this store. Subtract –1

My wife and I stayed at the hotel across the street and decided to check this place out. If you walk in and do a quick walk through you are doing yourself a disservice. Stay and look around. You will find something rare and reasonably priced. If you want to really experience the store, talk to Nancy the owner. Such a sweet lady! She will tell you where to eat in town and on the coast. She will give you passes to wineries. She is a joy. Then when you are about to leave, look around once more and I bet you will find something else to buy. The customer service and the quality of the products are beyond reproach.

Love this store but BUYERBEWARE. Purchased a wall clock and, after returning home to assemble it, noticed it was not working properly. Called the store the day after purchase and was informed they did not have another new one, only the display model. When we attempted to return the clock, the gentleman who sold it to us claimed he remembered the phone call but refused to issue a credit to our card. Instead he said«what am I supposed to do with it» and«didn’t you read the warranty that states you should return it to the manufacturer». Not only have they lost a previous customer, but poor service news travels fast. I would caution others against dealing with a business that sells defective merchandise that they refuse to take back.

I saw a quirky gnome sculpture which I thought would be great for a quirky friend of mine who collects that sort of thing. I pulled out a camera to take a photo, and the lady behind the counter began literally yelling at me that I must immediately stop what I was doing, that it was wrong of me to take pictures without asking permission, and went on a tirade about protecting the artist. I immediately complied with her request while saying, «I’m putting my camera away,» but the strident and public dressing down continued at length. When I could get a word in, I explained that I wanted a photo for a friend I thought would be interested in the piece. At that point, after publicly humiliating me, she said that in that case I could go ahead and take the photo, while repeating her assertions that her earlier scolding had been entirely justified. I felt attacked and humiliated.

A charming boutique that offered just what their name implies: Found Objects. Every time I visit this store, I find the most adorable little trinkets. Not only is their merchandise unique and quirky, but also remarkably well priced. Being a poor college student, I have a limited budget. This past Christmas, I went straight to Found Objects for my gift needs. I found the cutest decorative cotton kitchen towels with hand-embroidered designs which my mom, aunt and sister-in-law all loved! Found Objects, once again you have made me a very happy customer. See you soon!

I LOVETHISSTORE! I wish it was closer because I imagine things change here constantly. Places like this are some of the reasons Sunset Magazine just declared McMinnville one of the best places to live. This store has something for everyone. I walked in and saw quirky antiques. Then I get to the back of the store and found high quality unique scarves and purses. The in between was just staggering… everything I was looking at were things I had not seen at other stores.
