Everyone is awsome my kind of game store I feel very comfortable I can be all stressed out cuz I played all my games and go 8nto game star and the stress goes its kinda like comicon inside total gamers lair I love the the feeling of walking into a store and them having the hook up for ps3 and all the old school consoles man I love being a gamer zerd definitely feel like family here and they had a game I snagged that got stolen before I moved

Very poor customer service. Tired of returning things that weren’t tested properly, tired of being told that «I’ll call around to my other locations and get back to you» and never getting a call back. Tired of getting told to call the Newberg store because they have what i want and they don’t. Tired of being told to wait and «i’ll be right with you» and then being forgotten about when I’m standing right there. I’m guessing the clerk just tells you whatever will get you to leave. I have left while waiting to be helped, because 10 to 15 minutes go by without being addressed. Really sad. It is the only place in McMinnville that specializes in retro games and the clerks at Gamestop are actually treat me a lot better. Buying local needs to offer something better than corporate or online
