McDonald’s

We all know that a McDonald’s is a McDonald’s but some of them are just so much worse than others. There’s nothing like going to the drive-​through and getting a mile or so away and after having that first bite of your hamburger finding that you don’t have a napkin. How hard is it to remember to put a napkin in the bag? Am I supposed to turn around and go get napkin or am I supposed to ask for one at the window? It’s really a no-​brainer! If I’m going to be driving down the road eating a hamburger I may want a napkin. There’s actually no excuse for such incompetence. There’s nothing like having to lick my fingers or wipe catch up on my pants to get the food off my hands shame on you McDonald’s

The drive thru (no exaggeration) took 20 minutes. We only ordered three beverages and a few fries. The woman was clearly on some sort of drug. Laughing & hanging out the window. Rubbing her hands through her hair. Slurring her words. She also took some sort of personal call while making our drinks. She gave us like 15 straws. After we paid they came and took our order again? The two women working were slouching around talking about customers.

Just a convenient stop on the way to the coast. Easy to access and then get back on the road. Drive through is usually quick and the restrooms are pretty clean. Food is standard Micky D’s.

My boyfriend and I usually eat here before going to see a movie and the theater. The food tastes fine, and is always hot. However, their seating in the restaurant is a little funky, and the tables are almost always dirty. Last time we were there people were picking the least dirty tables out, and most were pretty gross looking. They need to clean more often. The floors were gross too. The girl at the register also was having a hard time counting our change back to us and just gave up so we had to check it ourselves. She shouldn’t work the register if she can’t handle counting money, that’s basically her job.
Three stars because the food was great, but you can’t help but feel uncomfortable while you’re eating when you’re sitting in a dirty environment. Also, the cashier should be able to count change.

You can’t see the order menu until it’s TIME to order. Placed my order 3x’s & she still read it back wrong. It was only 2 items!
I realize the items I ordered were off the $ 1 menu but I expect them to NOT look like they dropped them on the floor & scooped them up & re-​wrapped them.
I realize it is FAST FOOD but I can WAIT more than 30 – 45 seconds from beginning to end to get better service.
I realize this McDonald’s is the only game on the hospital’s side of town so they practically have the monopoly over on this side, however, I WILL NEVER LAY MY $$$$ IN THEIR HANDS AGAIN!
I also marked on the survey «not good for kids» because they have limited seating inside & no play area. So it’s like their attitude is «take your food & get out!»
