The worst experience at this chain yet. The young woman who helped us was very rude, (I didn’t catch her name, but she had an industrial piercing in her left ear) to not just us but to everyone she helped. Greeting with a «what do you want?» She gave us half the portion size of what normally comes on the plate. And then there’s the food… our orange chicken was so crispy and hard we could barely eat it. After a few bites we ended up throwing it out and going somewhere else. With the way this young woman was treating people, I didn’t dare ask for my money back. The whole experience was awful and we will never be back.

Servers was impatient. The table was dirty even though the restaurant was empty. The Beijing beef tasted like paint!!! The vegetables where not cooked and where also cold. Bathroom was out of toilet seat covers. If the web service on my phone and the the Unilocal app would have cooperated I would have avoided this sorry excuse of a restaurant.

Excellent food. The POTSTICKERS & EGG ROLLS are often NOT made. I appreciate the WHOLE GRAIN BROWN RICE!
Need more employees to fix the entrees and missing items. I would buy more food IF ALL items were made and available. Need enough EMPLOYEES to be able to serve a line of customers. One night the had no foam shell plates. We were served with smaller foam bowls. They need to order essential items like serving ware.

My boyfriend and I both decided to eat dinner here since we have loved previous Panda Express’s in the past. The service was good, and we were waited on quickly, but when we sat down to eat both of our meals were lukewarm. They tasted fine, but definitely should have been hotter. We both ended up a little nauseous later that evening. If the food’s not hot, don’t eat it. Maybe this was just a fluke experience, but we won’t be returning any time soon.

A chain fast-​food Chinese restaurant. I used to enjoy this place a lot but sadly the food quality has gone down lately. Also coupled with increases in price, I can’t really recommend this particular location. The best selections in my opinion are the chow mein, orange chicken, and the sweet fire chicken breast.
