The customer service lacks a lot. This is a smaller Sears so they have a lot smaller quantity of items in stock. There was a lot more joking around going on in a loud manner than there was explaining products to us. I just felt like they fell really short in product knowledge. I ask about two separate items that fell in the same category but one was priced a bit higher, I never was given a true answer as for the difference.
