I know I shouldn’t expect much, but come on. Took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru with 3 people in line, and they only got half our order.

Murfreesboro, TN
1:55pm placed an $ 8 order. They wouldn’t sell the freezes for the happy hour price until 2:00:01pm. This meant I had to ring up two charges on my card. Here is the stupid part: The food was ready at 2:01pm it was all given to me together. The manager said «no.» It wasn’t close enough to 2pm. Treating the customer like crap is idiotic. PLUS now here is the illlogical half… when they process a credit card payment they pay a fee and a percentage each time they swipe a card. By being rigid not only did they foster animosity with the customer, they cost themselves extra credit card fees. That’s why THEY work at taco bell… and these people think they deserve a «life wage.» Grow a brain.
P. S. The lettuce was frozen the last two times I ate here.

The service is usually pretty good. Drive thru moves at a good pace. They so tend to haphazardly throw items in your bag. The lobby is kept clean and bathrooms too. The lobby is pretty spacious. I have yet to get a wrong order.
