Lash Spa Studio

I went to the Shadyside location for a semi-​permanent mascara application. I truly wanted to like it, but my eyelashes are a clumpy mess. I also will say that the technician had to scrub my eyelids with chemical remover because she made such a mess of putting it on. It really felt like she was rubbing me raw. I cannot in good conscience recommend this service to anyone.

I had the crybaby semi-​permanent mascara done at the Greentree Rd, Carnegie location. It was terrible. Poor service, the young girl who did the application was quiet the whole time. She didn’t explain what she was doing, how long it would last, how I should maintain the lashes, etc. I had to ask each question. I left with clumpy, stuck-​together lashes that looked awful!!! The lady at the counter was rude too. I was using a Groupon and they made me feel like I was wasting their time or that I didn’t deserve good service because I had a discount. Steer clear!!!

Absolutely terrible. I went to the Lash Studio in greentree today, (I know several people who also do lash extensions but I needed something last minute since I am leaving for vacation this up coming weekend) the technician was about to start without even consulting me in which look I was going for, so after sitting there for an hour and 15 mins they looked alright but was not what I asked her for, (she just did it the only way she knew how), and when I left and got home they all fell off. Like not even kidding I it’s been maybe 8 hours and I have 3 single mink lashes attached to my real lashes, the service was $ 160 and took an hour of my time. It was a COMPLETE WASTE. I called the service center and they offered for me to come back so they could fix them but I read another review and apparently this has happened before, so I am not going to waste anymore of my time. I never write bad reviews, as I am very understanding since I am in the beauty industry but I feel like this is a public service announcement. These people are not professional and this is a complete scam. No wonder why they don’t have any pictures of their work on the website. Save your money people and do some research for a real professional in your area who is worth the money. Sadly I learned the hard way… I would never recommend this place to a friend.

The «owner «who said she cared and wanted to talk about the issues and would message me privately, never even did! Stay away from these scammers. The only good review that is posted is suspicious and it’s also the only review this person ever had up. Since I have been telling co workers etc my issue with my visit to Lash Spa I have heard that they have like 6 stores and they are all awful! I’m only this mad because they ruined my eyelashes and try to act like they beautify people. Sorry, no.
