I called from Florida to order flowers for my sister-​in law who had just had surgery. Mrs. Hunter made some great suggestions, and was very pleasant on the phone. A couple of hours later I received a cell phone message with a picture from my sister-​in-​law of the beautiful arrangement that was delivered. I am very pleased. Great Service and Product!

Because I am out of state I placed an order through Teleflora, which meant that the florists at Cobblestone Cottage would create and deliver the arrangement to my mother. I had a horrible time with Teleflora– understanding english, telling me the arrangement was ‘unavailable’, and eventually delivering a pastel arrangement of carnations and lillies when I had ordered a bright bouquet with orange roses (How Sweet It Is). I had more faith in a local, hometown business, so I called Cobblestone Cottage to get their side of the story. As soon as I mentioned that I was calling about a Teleflora order, the woman said she didn’t have time to talk and hung up the phone. That decided it for me. I will not be calling again!

I’ve ordered flowers from Cobblestone Cottage a few times in the past. The recipients have always commented on the beautiful arrangements. But I was floored recently by the exceptional customer service.
I placed an online order for a basket of flowering plants for mother’s day, to be delivered at her workplace, at a neighboring school district, on Friday. So I was surprised when I received a call from her on Thursday thanking me for the flowers. It turns out, the folks at Cobblestone recognized that many of the local schools were scheduled to have Friday off, and quickly got the basket out before my mother went home for the weekend.
I’ve always been pleased with the quality and beauty of the arrangements Cobblestone Cottage provides. But now I can say their service sets them apart.
