The beer was excellent and the food is really good. Two stars because there is no communication between management and staff. They advertised happy hour 5 to 7 on website. We arrived at 6 o’clock asked about the happy hour they told us there was none. Took them 40 minutes to confirm that indeed it was happy hour.

1. NOT a classy place. Not a date place. It’s wide open and echo’y, can hear people talking and low quality tacky country music is playing. 2. My $ 7.50 glass of wine wasn’t even in a wine glass! It was in a tacky low profile glass with NO stem. I should have known I was doomed then. 3. …and the tacky glass they put the wine in was 1⁄3 full. 4. $ 7 house salad w. $ 8 steak — $ 15 salad a. Joke: Salad looked like some simple salad from a Denny’s b. Dressing served in a SMALL black plastic cup — hardly any ranch and plastic is tacky/low budget.guetto. 5. MEATHADNOOOOOOOOOOOFLAVOR! NOSEASONINGWHATSOEVER a. …ANDNO presentation. They served«chunks» of meat that looked like they had been sautéed in a pan. 6. Waitress did her best with what she was dealing with. She should go get a job in Slippery Rock at the Brewery where they KNOW how food should be cooked, seasoned, and presented to customers. THEY are an example of a classy place. I thought Timbercreed was supposed to be a classy place, but NOWAY. It has the atmosphere of generic Texas Roadhouse, but NOT the quality of their food or cozy feeling you KNOW you’re walking into. It’s too bad too. It could have been a classy place… we NEEEEEED another classy place in the Grove City and Slippery Rock area. Right now, The Brewery is it.

What happened to you guys? You used to be one of my favorites in the area. My family of five just left and our bill was over $ 85. My 11 year old got $ 6.50 Kraft Mac and Cheese. My 6 year old got a personal pizza that looked like it came out of the frozen section of Tops Market. My stuffed banana peppers were tiny and barely stuffed. Are you spread too thin now that you’re open in grove city? Your menu changes and our waitress pretty much said ‘deal with it’ when We talked about our wanting to possibly bring back the bleu fire sauce on our beef. It may be a while before we are back.

A group of us got together last night for a birthday celebration here and the food was fantastic. The spinach and artichoke dip and fried pickles(which I normally don’t care for) were wonderful. I ordered the fish sandwich which was superb and more then I could finish. My friends had ordered the delmonico steak, ribs, fish entre and crab cakes. Everyone enjoyed their meals and it ALL was soooo good. The service was fantastic! Definitely a place I look forward to going back to! !

I don’t understand how people are giving this restaurant chain high reviews. I’ve dined here twice, with both times being average-bad. The only positive thing I can think of to say is the service is good, for a small town atmosphere. The food is not good at all! It’s either undercook or over cooked, and the beer is also quite unimpressive. I’m guessing the only reason people are giving this place high reviews is because they have never actually driven outside of a 50mile radius and for the small towns which these establishments are located in must seem«fancy» to its residents.

This place must change their idiotic policy of not permitting service dogs! Ignorant!

Stopped by this afternoon with some friends and had a great time. I Prime rib melt with sweet fries which was fantastic! The steak was sliced and cooked to perfection-they did not skimp on the steak either! The mushrooms and onions were sautéed just right and the bread was toasted to a moderate crisp. Only downfall to the meal was the sweet potato fries were far overdone and over saturated with brown sugar. My wife had the Filet medallions which were cooked a little better than she likes but tasted just fine. You really can’t go wrong when ordering this dish as we’ve tried it on several occasions here with satisfaction every time. We also ordered the buffalo dip which was very rich, creamy and delectable. The mini pita triangles were baked and soft with a nice crisp to them. The cheese sprinkled over them was a nice touch. Very nice start to our meal! I highly suggest this place to anyone looking for a nice lunch or casual dinner in the Meadville areaz

I have eaten here and sampled their beer for years. The food has steadily declined. I was hopeful with the new location in Grove City that they would step up the food quality. This has not been the case. My last dinner and what will be my last dining experience there, I ordered a Delmonico of their own farm raised beef. I requested a medium cook on the steak. What arrived was a half inch overcooked piece of jerky. I could attribute this to new opening mistake, although it has been open for months. I have talked to others that have had very similar experiences. I would not suggest this as a place to eat. The beer is decent so I gave 2 stars.

Decided to try out this restaurant after a recommendation from my husbands friend. We stopped before heading across the street to Grove City Outlets. We were seated immediately. We started with the Lobster Nachos. They were excellent and packed full of Lobster and drizzled with beer cheese. They were tasty and filling. Hubby had a beer that was comparable to his normal Miller High Life… that didn’t go over well. I tried it too… it had a bad after taste. I had the Bear Paw… which was excellent… tasted like a really good root beer. I ordered the Gyro and hubby ordered the fried fish topped with a crab cake. My Gyro meat was dry… my fries were crunchy and over fried. The fish was good but the crab cake was extremely dry. We only ate half and took the rest of the food home. We never finished the remainder of our food. If the food matched the excellent service and atmosphere this place would be a regular for us.

I visited the Grove City establishment tonight in high hopes of finding a new local brewery to visit. I ended up having an appalling experience. I was eating at a booth with my girlfriend when I witnessed a man come over to a nearby table claiming to be the owner of the restaurant. He threatened a woman with a service dog to leave or else he would have the police escort her out. I have a family member who has a visual impairment and requires a guide dog, and I find this behavior completely disgusting. The service dog was behaving very well and was not disrupting anyone. The woman tried to calmly explain the federal law the man was breaking but he kept yelling over top of her«I don’t care what the law says, This is my restaurant and you need to leave or the police will escort you out» This business will definitely not see my business ever again.

Timber Creek is such a gorgeous place to begin with, but the food just makes it that much more enjoyable. I’ve never ordered anything besides the blackjack chicken wrap — I’m okay with that though, it’s just so good. The service has always been a pleasant experience as well, even on the busiest of nights. I came here for Valentine’s Day once and left with a lovely rose! My only complaint is that the staff seems a little disorganized sometimes — I made reservations one night and had quite a long wait, then sat through several different waitresses. I’d definitely still recommend making some reservations here if you get the chance though, it’s a great stop.

Came here, because voodoo Brewery has a close kitchen on Wednesday nights. Have a nice wheat beer with good citrus notes. I also had their seafood mac and cheese. The seafood Mac was good but need salt. It was filling and the sea food was cooked well. Got cheesecake to go. It was average. The tap room was closed. So if you are wanting to visit that portion, you may want to call ahead. The server was friendly and helpful. I would go there again.

Atmosphere is nice. Food was mediocre at best. I had the chicken bacon ranch pizza(dry & little flavor aside from the copious amounts of pepper). The other diners with me had the sweet salad with chicken. & the club panini(not panini– it’s pizza shell) Service was a little slow(there weren’t many customers). Would likely not return.

Great resturaunt, we were driving from Niagara Falls to Atlanta and found this place using Unilocal.Just half a mile off I-79. The resturaunt is very nice and clean. It has a rustic cabin theme. It is a new building. The booth we sat in was large and comfortable for 4 people. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. My wife had the mussels were very good. A lot of them weren’t opened and we mentioned it to the server. She offered to remake them, but we said it was ok. The manager came over and insisted they remake it. They were just as good the second time. I’m a vegetarian and they have a few options on the menu. They also can make most things on the menu for vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free. I had the veggie panini. It was great. The pita it was in seemed like they made it. It was very fresh, not like it was in a bag of pitas from the grocery store. Too bad we’re were 12 hours from home, or we would have enjoyed the drinks and beers on the menu.

My second time back and wasn’t disappointed. The first time I had the fish and chips. This time I had a «deconstructed» chicken cordon bleu. It’s not your typical ham, cheese wrapped in chicken and deep fried. Two breast slices are grilled and topped with ham, cheese, on a bed of spinach with Hollandaise sauce on the side, delish… It was so refreshing and I did something I don’t usually do, I had a dessert. We sampled the cheese cake, the tiramisu cake, and the chocolate cake, they all were delicious and«horror of horrors» they weren’t all the same color. Go and enjoy this place for what it is an unpretentious restaurant with good quality food, a nice atmosphere, serving staff, and the beer is great. ”

We stopped at this brewery for lunch on our way back to the ‘Burgh. It’s right off the highway in a very nice building. We walked up to the«porch» where there were chairs a fire. If it were little warmer than 40 degrees I would have eaten right by the fire because it was SO welcoming. Then we walked into the restaurant. It is also warm and inviting. For lunch I ordered the Prime Rib Melt with a side of coleslaw. The sandwich was made with homemade rye bread, sliced prime rib, Swiss cheese, and horseradish aioli. It was one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten. The bread was fresh and it was toasted. The aioli completed the sandwich-giving it a bit of a bite. The coleslaw was a nice side. My hubby ordered the Black Jack Wrap. It had Cajun grilled chicken, bacon, lettuce, and mayo in a wrap. It was spicy but not overpowering. He ordered the BBQ chips as a side and they were the best BBQ chips I have ever eaten. They were homemade and had a mesquite flavor. I could have eaten a truckload of them. YUM! They had a nice selection of desserts but I had to try the coconut cream pie. It was probably the best coconut cream I have ever had. Tried the two rotating seasonal beers: the ESB and the Saison. Both were quality local beers. Neither was overpowering and both were well balanced. I woułd be happy to order both again. Our server was extremely nice and we had great service. It was excellent all around!

Sir Robyn ale is fantastic. I’m enjoying a growler as I write this. I had the delmonico steak. Slightly fatty but cooked nicely and excellent. Agsin odd to have a big plate with a steak on it nothing else. All the apps were great from the mussels to the fried pickles. Lamb suckers needed more searing & seasoning but otherwise great. The lobster nachos were fun but the good stuff was gone quickly leaving dry chips with basic dip. Caesar salad was uneventful and the dressing was off Caesar. No anchovies. No bread or butter. Julie was surprised to have a fish on her plate which she enjoyed by nothing else. It’s all extra. Had the cheese cake. Lighter than the norm but good stuff. Presentation of the desserts could use color. Tonight’s were all one basic brown color. The space is awesome and worth the trip alone!
