Mebane Air

Between diagnosing, waiting for a replacement part and calling them daily to get them to come back out to replacement it and finish the work took about a weeks time. I will use them again and I recommend them to folks as they did a good job. Just need to stay on top of them.

Our HVAC broke down and we didn’t realize it until almost 11pm since it had been a warm day– I called Mebane Air figuring I’d get an answering machine and they would call me in the morning. I chose them because they’ve worked with a colleague’s rental management group for 15 years and they recommended them.
He answered the phone (!) and was very pleasant, no problem calling late! (wow!) He was at my door at 8:15 this morning. He fixed my HVAC, explaining exactly what the problem was and how to fix it and discussed if it even needed fixing– no snow job at all. He spoke to me w/​out the condescension some give to women– a relief. And it was a great experience! When the temps dip down to 30 tonight, my home will be toasty.
