Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I gave them one star because of their customer service. If your someone they know or a contractor, they will help you right away. But if your just a regular person, you can forget getting much help. And when you need something matched up, they really have a hard time getting it right. I bought some paint back to them, to get more. And of course the formula was not put in the computer. When they matched the color, I had to ask to see it. They said it matched great. When I saw the color, it was quite a bit lighter than the original formula. They said it would blend. That its close enough. The close enough paint is about $ 150.00. I ask them to redo the paint color. I wasn’t going to pay for paint that wasn’t right. It’s not the first time that this has happened in the store, among other issues. I am very glad to have finally found a Benjamin Moore paint store close by. They are awesome! And have the best customer service. I didn’t have to beg for someone to help me to the car with my paint. Which I have to when at the Sherwin Williams store, even when I have a 6 month old with me.
