Zaxby’s

As far as Zaxbys go, this location is par for the course. I love the food at Zaxbys but remember it is fast food, fried chicken. This is a good place to swing by after shopping at the Tanger Outlets that are just across the street.
I tend to get the big zax snack meal which is tenders and French Fries. This is an affordable meal that is quite filling. You can get this meal for just over $ 6. The chicken wings are also very good at Zaxbys.

Love this Zaxby’s. They also get your order right, it is fresh, hot and clean. Also staff is very friendly and cheerful. I will keep on returning when I am in the area.

Food is always good, fresh, and hot. Wish a drink was included in the price. Love the background music!

Wrong sauce on wings. Tiny wings. Found out at ordering, the «promotion» they were offering on the mail out was no longer available due to the rising cost of chicken. Out of fried pickles even though the sign out front was still advertising them.
The plus? Super friendly staff. It’s not their fault.

This was our first visit to this Zaxbys and it didn’t disappoint. I was concerned our order wouldn’t come out right (we did the drive thru) because our dogs thought they’d chime in every time they heard the voice on the speaker. But, they got everything just right! Even my extra tongue torch sauce! Be careful about ordering a medium sized drink here. It’s really HUGE! Maybe 32 oz or more. The chicken was awesome — the fingers and the wings– and the fries were nice and hot and had the great seasoning on them.

Love love love Zaxbys. This one in mebane is really nice to. Forget to give us a sauce and wound up giving us a gallon of tea, 8oz nuclear sauce, 8oz ranch, & 6 cookies. We drive from Durham to mebane just to eat at this zaxbys!

Bring a good book or break out your ipad. Your looking at atleast 10 plus minutes if you go through drive through. Also check your food. I have received cold food and missing items. I have also witnessed the teenagers texting so i hope you had all your shots!

Really good nice people good chicken and milkshakes I miss that they took the strawberry of their menu

Not a big fan. The food is just okay. I have an irrational hatred for crinkle cut fries, and this place serves them. The Texas Toast they serve with their meals is always dripping with butter. Blach… It’s way too pricey for a fast food place when the food isn’t that great. I’ll go here for their milkshakes, but that’s about it.

I only ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, and it was awesome. This is one of the places that miss since moving to Maryland. If you get a chance, just go for the southern hospitality and the chicken fingers (for the meat eaters)

I’ve eaten here lots of times. I’ve never had a bad experience. The food was always good; the service was always good. The female manager at this store is always on the floor working 100 mph.
Heat lovers should try the Nuclear sauce. Lots of fire and great flavor. The Insane sauce is just hot. I’ll go back.

I stopped by Zaxby’s on my way out of town today and must say that this was the worst fast food experience I’ve had in some time. I went in expecting to get a quick meal to take with me on the road. However, what happened was that I ended up waiting 15 or more minutes on my food. Believe me, I was not a happy camper!
So, what made the experience so bad? Well, first off, the Zaxbys staff seemed clueless. I saw many customers waiting for their food, and there seemed to be no communication from the kitchen to the cashier staff when food was ready. I could see that several other customers were upset as well. In fact, I overheard one customer talking to a Zaxby’s employee about a bad experience he had the last time visiting the store! It seems like there’s definitely a trend here!
As for the food, it was just okay. I ordered a Cajun Chicken Sandwich, and it was doused with way too much mayonnaise. The taste, however, was acceptable. Also, I was trying to be healthy during this visit, so I ordered a side salad instead of french fries. The salad cost one dollar more than the fries would have cost, which is sad because the salad was nothing more than a few pieces of chopped up Romaine lettuce. Clearly not worth a dollar extra! Doesn’t it seem a little crazy that, in order to eat healthy, you have to pay more.

First time EVER at a Zaxby’s. Not too bad, chicken fingers and Texas toast sandwiches were pretty good, We tried an order of wings (boneless, teriyaki style) and they were so-​so. I’ve had better wings. It was a bit pricey, (almost $ 30 for 2 adults and a child) but overall not too bad. This location in Mebane is fairly new and is pretty easy to find and get in and out of. The décor is cool too.
