One word — Nasty Everything fried at this Arby’s is fried in very dirty used frying oil. You can literally squeeze the excess oil out of any fried item, and see how dark and gross it is. I don’t want to know what is lurking in their fryers. Change your fryer oil more than once every 2 years. The Reuben sandwich was soggy, slimy, with pieces of crunchy hard meat. How is this even possible? Saw a worker outside smoking something, came directly inside, didn’t wash her hands, and proceeded to make a sandwich without wearing gloves. This is by far the worst fast food joint I’ve ever been to. Stay out!

Next to Giant Food at Silver Spring Twp. It’s usually not too busy at this location and the food is usually ok. Dining area is usually clean, although sometimes the floors are sticky, especially at the counter. Service and wait times are inconsistent and vary according to time of day and who is working. Ketchup and sauce dispensers don’t work very well.

Swung in here on the way home from Carlisle, I never really like places that you need to cross in front of people at the drive through window who are waiting in their cars. I have bad visions of someone just getting their food, not paying attention to whats in front of them while they look in their bag and driving over someone. If you haven’t guessed by now, the entrances to this place are like that. After playing dodgecar, we noticed that inside there were puddles of water everywhere, only 2 of them had signs, which is probably all they had available but you’d think they would bring a mop or something out. I put my order in for a Market sandwich and after 4 minutes it was sitting in front of me. It tasted fine with the exception that there was only 1 pathetic piece of lettuce on it. I was feeling lazy so I didn’t bother going back to ask for another one. Their onion rings and curly fries were fresh and hot, so the only negative was the sandwich that could have been better.
