This place is so stinkin foul. We came here for the Williams grove annual weekend event. We like redneck things once in awhile. But, upon returning to the room, we were tired and ready for bed only to find piss covering the carpeted floor and left side of the bed. We tried to go the cheap route, but it was beyond gross. The dude at the counter refunded our money, thankfully. Luckily, a hotel down the road had an open room. Trashy, gross, not clean. Never again.

The only reason for one star is that the Unilocal system forces one for a review. This place deserves negative two stars.
Ripped off a grieving family. Not to mention filthy rooms, outdated linens and just blech.
Rude night clerk, not at all friendly.
This motel is not worth the $ 65 plus per night that they have the audacity to charge. This is worse than a competing brand that says they’ll «leave the light on for you» and that’s saying something. It’s hard to be worse than that.
I’ll be calling their corporate office. This one is NOT up to brand standard by any stretch of the imagination.

It’s cheap! $ 60/​night including taxes.

Pluses: convenient to skiing at Roundtop, wifi works well, in/​out gets ski equipment in without a hassle, shower is hot, near lots of eating places and a mall.
Not so plus: room is hard to get heated, bare furnishings, maintenance needs some work as does cleaning, blankets are minimal, TV is fuzzy.
Did I mention it’s cheap. Ritz Carleton it’s not. I’d even say it’s not a Holiday Inn (remember those?). But for one night so I can ski it’s just fine.

Very small and dirty… Bathroom was gross, sheets had stains… Pool was a joke… Front desk gave us a hard time for a roll of toilet paper… This place needs some major renovations and better housekeeping! Will definitely never come here again!

…oh, and one more thing… After you stay at this cr*ppy hotel and use their wifi, you will find that they have installed a popup ad software on your computer — so even after you have long left the hotel, you will have a constant reminder of what a miserable stay you had.
BEWARE — DO NOT USE WIFI AT THIS HOTEL — UNLESS YOU ENJOY ANNOYING POPUS ON YOUR COMPUTER.

This is an older motel that we have stayed at several times over the past 5 years and was adequate for our needs as simply a place to sleep while visiting family. Unfortunately, there has been a deterioration in the cleanliness of the rooms that makes it doubtful I will return. The landscaping is beautiful, a nice pool, working fridge in the room, and clean and comfortable bed. But the shower tile grout was so moldy and black I went to the store and bought cleaner to use before I would use it, the bathroom floor grout was equally dirty and the chairs were so spotted and filthy I refused to sit on them. The tub and sink drained so slowly they almost immediately filled with water as soon as the water was turned on and although they were quick to fix that, it was annoying I had to complain about something that was so obvious. I also think the sparse but adequate breakfast and coffee should be available earlier than 7 am. I’ll be spending a little more money to stay somewhere else next time.
