Horrible experience, took over 3 weeks to fix a problem that was supposed to take 1 day. They ordered wrong parts, took 3 attempts to diagnose problem correctly, over-​promised and under-​delivered. It took 6 months to send me a bill (which by the way, wasn’t even itemized), and when they did, they threatened collection action. Very unprofessional company that I will never deal with again
