The majority of your care will be from RN’s &PTA’s. I was there three times never saw a DR. Also, their billing is horrible! I received a collection notice from them saying I never payed my $ 375.00 for visit 9 months prior. I attempted to reach them 3 or 4 times + on hold forever. Long story short, they never billed me or my insurance and just sent it to collections. I paid right away but complained because I never received a bill figured my insurance paid. I was not the only one with billing issues. Make sure the«medical necessity» is defined before they want to draw blood, x-rays, and labs because insurance doesn’t pay and it’s overpriced!

If I could give them one star, I would. I visited them in November 2012 and received a bill for $ 360 in February 2013. This claim had never been submitted to my insurance even though I showed them the card at the time of the visit. I have called them five times and even directly connected them to my insurance while on the phone with them and nothing has been done. Every time I call there is a different story. There was a computer problem with my insurance and they will resubmit the claim. They submitted it to the wrong insurance and will resubmit it. It’s now 5 months later and my insurance has received nothing. This is a scam. Do not go here.

Medical care was great, but their billing department is horrendous. I saw them in June, 2012. I have Medicare and a secondary insurance that is exceptional. I keep getting bills from Patient First. Each time I get a different answer. When I get the bill, I immediately call Medicare to see what the problem is. Each time Medicare has told me they never received a bill from Patient First. Finally, Medicare told me to ask them for the Medicare Control Number so as to straighten things out. When I did that, Patient First could not answer the question and said it was an internal problem with them. Its taken me 4 phone calls and they still have not billed for all the durable equipment. They also charged me $ 145.00 for two pieces of plastic on the side with a piece of material for my heel(for sprained ankle) and some velcro. This should have cost no more than $ 25.00 All I can say is be leery, be very leery! I would never go their again. This is Patient First on Route 22 in Harrisburg, not Mechanicsburg.

My wife and I took our two year old son to Patient’s First on a Friday night after he broke his leg. It was our first experience with this business. The facility was immaculately clean and extremely modern. We received immediate attention and the staff was extremely courteous and compassionate. After taking x-rays the technician identified the break. However he had a doctor in North Carolina review the x-rays in real time. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. This is the way healthcare should run.

Rec’d good care very quickly. Bad news is that the billing process is very poor and the employees working on the billing desk cannot provide an exact cost or if it will be covered by insurance. This is unsatisfactory in this intenet age.

This place totally ripped me off which ticks me off because money is tight right now. They charged over $ 100 just for a TB test, something I was charged only $ 27 at Concentra. I was never told how much the cost would be. They are deceitful and rip people off. Don’t go to this crappy place.

This place is horrible. I wrote a lengthy review when I left. Somehow and someway it never posted when you pull them up. Look at my reviews so you can see it. Stay away from this joint!
