While this venue and atmosphere is very clean and modern, the food was not as good as Phở 7 Spice in my opinion. The peanut sauce for the fresh summer rolls was good, but not like some other places that have a thicker, richer peanut sauce… more like a Thai peanut sauce. While I found the chicken summer roll to be very good, I did not think the original summer roll with shrimp and pork was very good. The broth for the soup wasn’t as flavorful as other places I have eaten. The server was attentive, but not hovering which was appreciated. If this was the first Phở restaurant I had been to, I would probably go back, HOWEVER it isn’t and I much prefer the taste and presentation at Phở 7 Spice.

I wasn’t pleased with the shrimp fried rice meal. The rice was overcooked. I might try the soups/noodles it looked better.

I go here once a week, if I am lucky The best marinated pork vermecelli salad I have ever had and I have been to many Vietnamese restaurants across the country. Atmosphere is pedestrian but service is great.

My husband and I were looking for a fast dinner close by and figured we would give Phở Miss Saigon 2 a try. We were very pleasantly surprised at the food since we aren’t as familiar with Vietnamese food as other Asian cuisines. We ordered the Bún Ch Giò, Tht Heo Nng -$ 11.99(Egg roll, grilled pork, and vermicelli noodles served with homemade fish sauce) and Bún Ch Giò, Tht Bò Nng $ 11.99 (Egg roll, grilled beef, and vermicelli noodles served with homemade fish sauce) It came out in a bowl with noodles topped with a sliced spring-roll which was nice and crispy. The meat was so good! Well marinated and cooked over fire which made it taste like smokey steak. I could just eat a whole bowl of the meat. Also a generous portion size. The noodles were ok, nothing special and dry, topped with julienne carrot and diakon radish. The fish sauce was a little bland. The atmosphere is a very clean, nice and modern café. It was weird we were the only ones in there though. The server was attentive, but not hovering. We will definitely go back.

Solid phở on a very cold night. I had veggies and tofu and had a small. It had tasty broth, plenty of veggies and noodles, and the tofu was good. It is in a shopping center with several other Asian restaurants. Will return here, along with my stand-by, Thai Café.

If all other Vietnamese restaurants ceased to exist I may go back but just wouldn’t have any of the peanut dipping sauce for my spring rolls, it grossed me out. Phở broth was not so bad.

Nice to have another phở option. The Phở was good but I thought the price was high for the amount of protein. The service was slow. but she was also very nice and very polite. She was fast, I think the kitchen was slow. We had to ask for several things, such as the sauce for my husband’s pork dish and the plate of bean sprouts, basil, lime, and pepper slices for the phở. The phở broth wasn’t bad but I think it was a little on the bland side. We ran into a friend there and he said it was better the day before. Maybe they have different cooks on Saturday compared to a weekday. Either way. It wasn’t cheap, but it wasn’t bad. I think there are better phở places in the area but if you’re close and don’t want to drive further it’s a good option.

Amazing, authentic Vietnamese food with amazing friendly service. My Vietnamese friend took me to this restaurant to show me the ropes of Vietnamese cuisine and this is her and her husband’s favorite restaurant. She said it is all in the peanut sauce — which is amazing! The Phở was delicious and the serving side was huge! Super fresh, authentic flavors!

Located in an unassuming shopping center, this little Vietnamese restaurant really impressed! The bun was absolutely fantastic, especially the grilled pork which was crispy and oh so flavorful. Phở broth was also noteworthy and we enjoyed the spring rolls too. Ambience is fairly simple but definitely clean and inviting. Love to see so many great phở places popping up around here, definitely check this one out!

We ordered take out last night. The restaurant was pretty empty but it took almost 30 mins for 2 orders of phở and a BBQ chicken rice plate. A bit of a long wait… especially for an empty restaurant and for phở(broth) that should already be simmered. As for the phở itself, large priced at $ 8.99 a pop??? That’s crazy expensive. I guess it wouldn’t be tooooo bad if the phở was good. We ordered the combination phở with tendon, tripe and all that good stuff. The broth was bland. It tasted«watered down» it needed more flavor. My husband added all the hoisin and sriracha sauce it came with to make it taste decent. I was super hungry having just traveled over 12hrs from California so I ate it up. It came with the regular fresh mint, cilantro, lime wedges, bean sprouts, jalapeño slices on the sides — they were fresh so no complaints there. Only wished the phở was more flavorful – and that it wasn’t so pricey! Sucks because this is right around the corner from our place. I would definitely come here often if it was more reasonable. You’re better off going to Phở Kim’s on Derry Street or Ninh Kieu on Parkview Lane both in Harrisburg if you’re craving phở. The BBQ chicken rice plate was good. It came with a pretty decent amount of rice but they skimped on the chicken. It was very thinly sliced maybe equivalent to a chicken breast(or less) – came with a side of daikon and slice of cucumber. I would come here again(convenient) but if I’m really craving phở, I don’t mind going to Harrisburg to get a better bowl of broth.

This place just opened up in the Windsor Plaza. Went the other day to try the Phở, got the shrimp and chicken combo. The dish was excellent with very nice flavor. It really hit the spot on a cold day. We didn’t try anything else on the menu other than the Phở, but I’m looking forward to going back.
