Space Mart Self Storage

Was very excited about the first month for a dollar. Seemed nice but once my stuff was in the unit it was a different story. Mice invaded my unit. There were droppings everywhere and upon further investigation discovered they had chewed through blankets, clothes, books, stereo speakers, photos and anything else imaginable. When I called the so called owner to inform her of the problem she told me that I would have to fill out paperwork in order to be reimbursed and that if nothing was destroyed it was a matter of me just cleaning it up. But when I went to get the «paperwork» was given an eight hundred number. I immediately made plans to get my stuff out of the unit. When I called to reserve the moving truck was told it was already being used only to find the truck sitting in same spot all weekend. The employee did not ever put me in for a reservation and I was finally able to use the truck five days later when I spoke to someone else. Then on the day I went to pick up the truck was told that only forty miles are free then they charge you after that. When I ended my lease on the unit after twelve days I asked to be refunded for the rest of the month but was told they don’t do that. This place was a nightmare and the customer service is horrible! Will never go back or refer anyone here!
