Wendy’s

DON’T EVER COME HERE.
My boyfriend told me not to stop here (I’m not from around the area so I didn’t know) he said it was disgusting, but me being the stubborn person I am — I didn’t want to listen.
I love chicken items. I was starving so I went all out. I got four items:
1. Chicken snack wrap
2. Chicken nuggets
3. Chicken sandwich
4. Fries
He got a hamburger like a normal person would.
We went through drive-​thru because he said he refused to go in there. Fine. So we just took it back to his house. We drive all the way there, and we’re watching TV. I was most excited about the Snack Wrap so that’s what I chowed down on first. It was delicious and what my mouth was watering for. My LAST bite that I had in the item, I kept chewing because I knew something was wrong. It felt slimy, wet, and not how a normal snack wrap tasted either.
I spit it out on the paper and find RAW CHICKEN. UNBELIEVABLE. I was so pissed off I couldn’t even call the store. I just went online and wrote a nice letter. The next day a DM called me back, told me to text her the picture so she can bring it up at her next meeting. Also, asked me if I wanted coupons for a different store. Which I said yes, what else was I suppose to do? You’re going to give me SOMETHING. Even though I’ll never step foot into another Wendy’s after this, I’ll give it to someone else to use.
I lost my appetite, I couldn’t eat the rest of my CHICKEN items. What a WASTE! How can that even happen if I assume it would be put in a frier!?! I will post the picture up so you can see how great these «cooks» must love their job. And these are the kind of people that want $ 15 MINIMUM WAGE?
I wrote the company and sent them a picture as well. I feel like it needed to be more addressed than a free meal coupon. That was about 3 months ago I had mailed it to the company and I still haven’t heard back from them. Screw you! I hope you sell more raw chicken so the company gets shut down. Maybe then you’ll appreciate your customers more than you do now.

I rarely make the mistake of stopping at this Wendy’s, but when I do I regret it

It’s a fast food establishment I don’t have huge expectations but I was in and out very quickly considering it was lunch time. Everyone I dealt with here was nice.

It’s difficult to get out of being on the angle of the road and the amount of traffic. The road is very rough and pretty much destroyed in the back by the garbage dumpsters. However, for a place to stop in and get lunch at using their 99c menu. It does it’s job. MTO food and semi-​pleasant workers keep things moving at an ok pace but nothing that will blow any skirts up.
