I really like this location but the service can get slow if they are busy. They do trivia on Tuesday nights while having wing specials and it’s a good time. Unexpectedly ended up playing a round of trivia I was here last time… lost miserably but I’m pretty sure everyone else was cheating. Ha.

Best place I have ever been too. Best service ever had. Great food love the wings never get sick of this places. But it’s pretty pack on football nights but otherwise it is great worth a five star.

I’ve probably been to this location 6 or 7 times and it has always been a positive experience. This time it was no different. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The server asked all the right questions and answered all of mine. They clearly have strong management and train employees well. I was shocked to see this location only has 2.5 stars.

Tried to call in a pick up order tonight… Was put on hold… for over 6 minutes. Hung up. Called back. Put on hold for another 5. This lack of customer service cost you a sale tonight. Too bad — would have loved wings for the game.

Service was terrible. Took 2 ½ hours to order and eat. Only had two drinks because waiter did not check on us. Disappointing.

Very loud and crowded. Asked for beer and water. Had to ask for water a 2nd time. Never gave us utensils, had to ask for them. My girlfriend’s chicken wasn’t as coated with sauce like it normally is. Will go again, but get take out only.

The worst service in the world. Went tonight with my family we were quoted a 20 min wait time. we waited for an hour as they sat larger parties in front of us. When asked about it they said they only had 3 tables for parties of 5 or 6 and they were all occupied. That we would have to continue to wait. They showed no compassion for our patience in fact the hostess just got angry at us for asking. This isn’t the only time I’ve had trouble with this bdubs or the staff. I would sooner drive 20 min out of my way to any other location than go back to this one again.

As a family, we like it bc the kids like it. The waiters are also always very nice. It’s nice to come to a place with the kids that is stress free. The wings are better than Hooters and the other items are also good. I like dry rub wings, so it’s a good deal here.

Buffalo Wild Wings, 7230 Bell Creek Road, Mechanicsville, VA 23 111. The worst Jammin Halepeno wings I’ve ever had!!! The cook on Friday, August 1, 2014, approx. 8pm at the Mechanicsville, VA location should be fired!!! I ordered $ 40 worth of wings (takeout). They were barely cooked and had very little sauce.
Raw chicken wings with watery sauce; will never order from that location again. I’ve eaten there on the weekends during lunch with no problems. Never again!!!

Service — meh. Nothing above and beyond. Usually have to wait a little while but not bad. The food — depends. No consistency. Sometimes good sometimes terrible. My husband hates coming here but it’s the only wing place around.

What can I say? This place is my local watering hole. I get wings and beer. I don’t special order stupid things because the sign says «Wild Wings» on it. If I wanted a killer burger and fries or nachos I’d go find them somewhere else.
Service is always perfect for me because I avoid this place when it’s «NFL day» and I basically work the system. It helps that I work with the bartenders mother. Inside advantage for the win!
The wings are as good as it gets. Parm galic = A+
Great beer selection with many beers on tap.
Noise level is insane though. This place is NOT quiet.

The food is usually decent, if somewhat inconsistent, but the service is almost always subpar and extremely slow. It’s like the entire waitstaff has never eaten at a sit-​down restaurant before and has no idea what proper service is. If this location wasn’t so convenient to us, we would never bother eating there. Even so, I often regret visiting.

Went on 3÷26… Average food. Average service (bordering on poor). Too cold. Music WAY too loud. Went again on 3⁄27 since I got $ 5 off for completing a survey. Service was WAY better and it wasn’t nearly as loud. Food is still just average, though.

Came in here for lunch and it was a major let down. First off, the place was so cold that there was no way you could even think of enjoying yourself. The place was nearly empty so we were quickly seated and given our drinks, our food however took about 30 minutes to be delivered to our table. Seriously, how does it take so long for salads, sliders, wraps and boneless wings? The food was good (typical for most buffalo wild wings) but it took way to long to get to our table. I will go back to buffalo wild wings but it won’t be at this location!

First off, I’ll say there is a big difference when visiting ANY BWW’s I’ve ever been to during an NFL game than when no NFL games are being played. The service at this location was fast and friendly… the food was excellent. the restaurant was clean and cool (it was over 100 degrees outside!).
IMHO, this is my favorite location in the Richmond area so far. I’d recommend it!

Good wraps and my hubby loves to boneless wing Thursdays. It is extremely loud there and you can’t hear the games being played on the big screens. One note tho. There is only 1 plus size shop in the area of Buffalo Wild Wings and it is at the opposite end of this restaurant. The other stores is Old Navy, Verizon Wireless, Nail Spa, Recruitment Location, Famous Footwear, Marshall’s, Rue 21.
