customer service is superior, the technician is very nice and professional. they ended up charge less than the original quoted price because no part was replaced. and this service was to repair a complex lock for a commericial site. highly recommded.

I recently purchased my first home and wanted to have my locks changed as well as have a deadbolt added to one of my back doors. My friend who also recently purchased her home recommended Dominion Lock & Security. I called on a Monday and they were able to set my appointment for that Wednesday. The locksmith who came out was nice and professional. Not only did he change my locks and add an additional deadbolt but he also installed a strike plate on the front door for the existing deadbolt that oddly enough didn’t have one! I found Dominion Lock & Security to be efficient and friendly and I would highly recommend them!
