I know this can be an uncomfortable topic, but Jerry Monaghan and staff did a great job ensuring the body was perfectly presentable for the family view. And they were on a very tight schedule. From a mourners point of view, I found the staff helpful, taking flowers, guiding visitors. And Mr. Monaghan made a point to introduce himself if he saw you were open to conversation. I liked that.

The owner is utterly unprofessional. Their services are extremely over priced, and not what they were promised to be. Not go mention that if you need to use an insurance policy to pay for services… they will not do it. Very sad that I used them and I am telling EVERYONE I know not to waste their money here.
