Wow. What a disappointment. Arrived at 7pm to meet some friend for dinner. They no longer carry french onion soup. Ordered an Italian sandwich. .they had run out of the bread for it. .asked for it heated and they didn’t do it. Friends ordered soup and Baggett. .they had run out of those too. Another friend wanted a soup bowl. .you guessed it. .they were out of soup bowls too. Worst panera I’ve ever been to.

Brought our large family into Panera after being on the road all day from Florida. Our kids were ridiculously obstinate when trying to order and Jasmine went above and beyond to accommodate us and make everyone happy. Quite a challenge! Thank you Jasmine!!!

Quite the tasty meal! While Panera Bread isn’t always the healthiest choice on the block, the foot was quite tasty. I got the You Pick Two…½ a Chipotle Chicken Panini on rye and a bowl of Brocolli Cheddar soup. My wife got the Autumn Squash soup. The fireplace was actually a pretty nice touch. That, and it was right next door to a Sweet Frog. Couldn’t have actually planned that better.

My friend and I have eaten here once a week for many years. It’s always been ok but now it’s just getting to the point of being pathetic. The food is always inconsistent. You never know whether the soups will taste normal or over salted. My friend’s grilled cheese usually is served burnt or so undercooked that the cheese isn’t even melted. My biggest beef is with the baguettes. Every single time they are cold and hard as a brick. I travel all over the state for my job and have eaten at tons of other Paneras. This is the only location where it happens every time. Take the extra time to drive to the VCC location where it’s worth spending your $ 10+ for their food

ALWAYS out of cinnamon crunch bagels. Last 4 visits, all before 9:30AM, found empty racks with nothing in the wings waiting. Typical response from employees. Who is running this place? Yesterday was the icing on the cake! Stood in line for 10 minutes only to have an employee waiting in line in front of me and her and her cashier buddy — I was within earshot of their conversation — talk about our complaints and LAUGH out loud! Really? Needless to say, I did not spend my hard earned dough for Panera’s dough! Will not to worry about a return visit!

I visit Panera often, especially meeting clients and conducting interviews for my business. They are much more open(more space) at this location, or at least it seems to be, more so than some of the others. Put it this way, I do not feel ‘crowded’, as I have in some of the other locations, especially at lunchtime. Everyone is very friendly and pleasant. Also, if the the manager sees you, he often stops to talk, which I like — as it gives a personal feel, like they know you. The service is also very good, from ordering to getting the food, even to clearing your table if you haven’t had a chance yet, because you are still talking. The most important thing is that their food is great! I love their soups, salads, sandwiches and of course pastries and deserts! If you haven’t visited this location, you really should give it a try! Great job Panera! I love visiting. The only improvement you could make is start Delivering! haha I am getting hungry just thinking about it. :D

Terrible Internet at this Panera. I could expand on this interview, but mostly I’m going to say I’m never logging in to Unilocal again after today due to their extotionistic practices that harm small businesses.
