Pla-Mor Pools

I was told that Pla-​Mor is an authorized Jacuzzi dealer in the Richmond area.
If you need any help with your Jacuzzi spa, I would suggest you NOT talk to «South».
I requested a replacement part for the cover lift on my hot tub. I told him what I needed and he said he would look up the price and get back with me shortly. Just to be sure he knew exactly what I needed, I emailed him a picture of the broken part on May 15, 2015. I had not heard from him for slightly over a week and called him back. He said this is his «busy time» of the year and he had not had time to look for the part, but he would get the information and call or email me with the information. I never heard back from him by phone or email. I finally had to find the part from another dealer.
I guess they just do not care about their customers, or making a small sale or repair job.
I do not know anything about the company, so I cannot say if the problem is company-​wide, or just one lazy person. Either way, I spent my money where it was welcome.

First impressions are important. Guy got to me house, informed me he didn’t want my job because it was too small. Then started to bash the other companies I have received quotes from. Then tried to tell me they other quotes weren’t BBB accredited. When I told him the BBB was a scam and old school, he stated that Pla Mor pools were in good standing with them and accredited. Looked them up on the BBB website and what do you know, THEY ARE NOT ACCREDITED! Beware! Bad attitude and not very professional!

Great customer service! Gary went above and beyond to help us solve a tricky problem. Really appreciated.
