Rita B. did the catering at our wedding and I was BLOWN away!!! Their food was amazing and some of the best fried chicken I have ever had!!! I had some food snobs at the wedding, including myself and people are still talking about it!!! Also, the ladies at Rita B. truly catered to me (the bride) and took such good care of me making sure I had everything (even booze)!! You all rock! Highly recommended!!!

Rita B Catering top notch! Had a after funeral wake with them and service & food was outstanding! Best fried chicken I have ever had! Homemade side orders were so Delish! Roast Beef was tender and so tasty gravy nice & thick! Also the nicest people to deal with! They know customer service and how to treat people with respect! Can’t wait to have another party will be calling them for sure! But next time I hope to have a happier occasion! But I would call them for any catering party! Top notch! Thank you Rita B.

Rita B recently catered our wedding at the American Legion in La Plata. The food was outstanding and everyone got enough of it. The reception was several days ago, but I am still hearing compliments about the food. I completely agree with the rave reviews. Not only was the food abundant, but it was also high quality. My relatives and coworkers have all expressed their approval of our menu. We had the meatballs and shrimp macaroni salad as appetizers, along with the standard cheese/​crackers and fruit hor devours. The main course consisted of stuffed chicken, steamship round, and crab balls (everyone really loved these). She also provided cole slaw, green beans, apple sauce, and rolls/​butter. Her team was polite and did not rush the service whatsoever. I would absolutely recommend this catering service!

Rita recently catered our St. Mary’s College wedding. It was delicious! It was a buffet style, and everyone got to try a little bit of everything. Her food wasn’t fancy – some simple items like peaches and mashed potatoes – but BOY was it good. We had three entrees, chicken cordon bleu, prime rib, and crab imperial, and it was ALL amazing. Having a buffet style wedding is perfect for sampling, and everyone was satisfied with her (as one happy guest put it) «down home cooking». Service was professional and polite and food was even better. Thank you Rita!
