I came here about a year ago and ordered a burger and fries. I was dressed up for an interview. The drive thru line was very slow and long. When I came to pay for my food I didn’t receive a receipt. I’m not too picky and paid in cash so I didn’t care too much. Then I got my drink and grabbed the bag and pulled into a parking spot to sort out the food. The bag had an inch of hot grease standing in the bottom, which had dripped out onto my light brown pants, shirt, and all over my car seats. My Hamburger was covered in the grease on all ends like a puddle and so were the fries. I was so angry. And they gave me a PEPSI not tea! I went to my interview smelling like hamburger grease and when I came back found Wendy’s corporate number. I complained and told my story. They said I would hear from the manager of that Wendy’s within 48 hours. It’s been a year and I haven’t heard a word. Don’t eat there. That has been my most disgusting food experience.

This place is horribly under staffed or mismanaged. Possibly both. It took 22 minutes for them to take our order and there was only 1 person in front of us. (Not sure what the drive through was like). The guy at the counter was very slow moving. Almost like he was recovering from surgery slow. He didn’t really care. Also he spoke in negative decibels and muttered so I had to keep saying what? What? What? Avoid this place.

Food is overall no better or worse than any other Wendy’s, but is noticeably sketchier at night. I’ve had a lot of order accuracy issues here, so if you’re at the drive thru, check and re-check your order before you drive off. They are too worried about trying to make their service times look artificially good and have long since lost focus on food quality or order accuracy. Don’t believe me? If you’re here at night, you’ll see them waving a large metal pan out the second window to activate the sensor on the service timer to make it look like you have already received your food and driven away, but you’ve only just ordered. Fries are consistently awful, but I think that’s by design.
