I ordered a phone online for my husband as a surprise. Turns out he really wanted the iPhone6s + instead of the iPhone6s. The grants pass location wasn’t able to do the exchange for whatever reason and said that the only place that would do it was the one in Medford on delta waters. I went there this evening, walked in, and was not acknowledged at all. Not even a hi, we’ll be right with you. Nothing. I had to approach one of the Reps and put my name on the wait list. Checked in at 6:15 pm, and was not seen until 8:30. When it was finally my turn, I told the guy what I needed. He said easy fix. Exchanged the phones, and then informed me that there was a $ 35 restocking fee. I did my research before I came to see what their return/exchange policy was. It said no restocking fee if device is return unopened. Sooo, I told him that I should not be charge because the device was not opened. Apparently, that’s not their store policy. At this point, I’m super frustrated, hungry, tired, and just want to get home. Paid them the $ 35, got my phone and left. I just can’t believe this place operate like this. They need to retrain their employees on customer service and store policies. I will never ever step foot in this establishment ever again.

NONONONONO! I will never go back. I arrived at 4:55pm and had my name put on a list. I walk around to kill time, then sit. Multiple people come in behind me and also got their name on the list. A woman who came in after me was serviced. Then, a gentlemen was serviced. It was 5:45pm and I still hadn’t gotten serviced. The«customer coordinator» seen my frustration and ease dropped on the conversation I was having with another customer about what I had experienced. She said«it’s not my fault. I’m not trained to put a screen protector on your phone.» I told her my issue was that employees were helping customers who came in after me. She explained that the employee has to log into my account before services can be provided. I explained that I watched her and another male employee get a male customer’s ID and print up his bill statement and provide services for him when he arrived AFTERME! THISGENTLEMANWAS A WALKINNOTHAVING A SCHEDULEDAPPOINTMENT! What good is the Walk-In list if you don’t go by it? I was frustrated, raised my voice, and walked out! DON’T go here! POORCUSTOMERSERVICE!

The usual AT&T store. No one to put you on the waiting list and ALL the customers complaining about how they hate coming into the store. Will AT&T ever not suck?
