They participated in an event we put on and were very professional to work with. Food options were healthy and fresh and we had many compliments from attendees about how good the food was. I had their turkey wrap and it was so good. Garnished with carrots and celery. Good portions of all ingredients. Sometimes when you get wraps all you really get is lettuce. This was not the case here! It was a good blend of ingredients, very tasty, and filling. Hoping to try more of their menu in the future, and recommend them for your next event.

This food truck parks on Black Oak and Barnett during weekdays from 11 – 3. They advertised well at all the businesses nearby, handing out menus to whet everyone’s palate about the new kids coming to town. The menu reads pretty great: fresh, California cuisine like wraps, salads, and sandwiches made with high quality ingredients. They offer gluten-free brownies and chips but no entrée option though. Curious. I ordered the veggie wrap and the guacamole with chips. The wrap is great! Their hummus is thankfully infused with lemon and pairs well with the tomato, lettuce, and cucumber on a spinach tortilla. The guacamole was equally stellar: these ladies know how to season well and I appreciate it. Unfortunately, there are already a few kinks in their armor less than a month after opening here. First, the prices are kind of steep for what you get. They don’t sell chips(outside of the tortilla chips with guacamole for a heftier price) or pasta salads/coleslaw/something to go with the sandwiches and wraps, which come with nada for $ 7 – 9, not even a pickle. Next, and perhaps worst of all: I get the hunch they work when they feel like it and not so much during their«posted» hours given their dismal attendance record. If you advertise certain hours of operation and you want your business to succeed, then it’s probably a good idea to actually be open when you are supposed to be.
