Friendly customer service but tricky with the batteries for life deal on watches! I brought 2 fossil watches in for the $ 15 each watch batteries for life! Supposed to be free from now on when needs replaced. Here’s the catch… I had no idea my watches had 2 or 3 batteries each! The guy told me it is a rare occurence so they will only cover one of the batteries in each watch, so I will have to pay for each individual battery thats extra every time (so 3 batteries if i bring both in)! It shouldnt matter, it should be all within the deal and be free! Instead of it coming to $ 30 like I thought, I had to pay $ 42! :/​I paid only because he waited to tell me this after the batteries were already installed and at the register! This batteries plus was crowded inside as opposed to the Roseburg location I was used to also.
