I purchased bamboo flooring for my house. I got exactly the look i wanted as scheduled. They were very professional and completed the project to my satisfaction.

I wish I could give less than one star. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I ordered tile over 2 months ago and the owner of the store never placed the order. When it came time to install the tile, Bob (owner) had to scramble to place the order and pretend it got «lost». I have e-​mailed and called and there is NO communication at all. What is the saddest part is that I had this same exact experience with Bob over three years ago and I stupidly came back. Will not make this mistake again.

We purchased flooring for our guest house and Completely Floored was over the top helpful! They were patience while we browsed their huge showroom and our order arrived on time. Great local business to support. Next is our bathroom flooring, we will be back real soon.

My husband and I were selling our house and we chose Completely Floored for new carpet as they are a local company and I always try to promote local. They helped me pick out carpet that would match the tile we had in the kittchen. We had a large house to carpet and I feel the price was very competitive if not better than the big box store. We dealt with the owner himself and the customer service was great from beginning to end. They were fast and efficient regarding the installation and were very nice to deal with. Very honest too. I highly recommend Completely Floored with all of your flooring needs.
