We canceled our account with them because we were always having to do THEIR work for THEM!!! Well we sent the boxes back and got the confirmation that the boxes were received. When we canceled we gave them the correct account to put the money through to. They said they deleted the other one since we added one and the other one was expired and on a closed account. Well we waited, and waited… Still no refund. Sooo we called back. They said oh the card we have on file is expired but we returned the money, Really? on a card that’s expired and on an account that’s closed? not sure how that is possible. So again they said ok were deleting this card and putting the new on one. The money will be refunded within 45 days. Well still nothing. They STILL didn’t put the new card info on and AGAIN returned it to a card that is expired and non active. Oh but, now it’s our responsibility to take care of their FUCKUP!!! so now I get to go down to our old bank and find out what the hell is going on. and why Directv is saying they accepted money on an account that is closed. I’m so tired of having to do all the work for these companies with dumb shits for Customer service. I figured since we canceled with them we wouldn’t have to deal with their shit anymore. I was obviously WRONG!!!
