I seriously can’t believe the negative reviews this DD has gotten. I come here before going to work all the time and it is unreal how FAST this place is. It’s a pretty popular location so the parking lot can really stink in the morning and the line can be a bit long, but you would never know because these people are so efficient. No one is perfect and I’ve been given the wrong order before but all around this is the best dunks I go to. The coffee never tastes old like it does at a lot of other dunks locations(Boston Ave.) The owners should be proud of their very hard working employees.

It’s a Dunks. In Medford. So, naturally it’s townies serving townies. I typically see crews of local older folk, postal workers, EMTs, and the like passing their spare time in the open seating. That said, the staff do a fine job of it here. Be ready, as they prompt the next customer’s order while cashing out the previous one. Makes for a plenty quick — and accurate — stop. The parking lot does suck, but at least they have one.

Parking lot sucks. Coffee orders get messed up and don’t even think about ordering bfast sandwich on weekends unless you want to wait 15 mins for it. Complete shitshow.

Friendly Service People! PLEASEGIVEMEFRIENDLYSERVICE. What’s up with people that don’t smile when you smile at them? Made my sub-standard coffee experience, worse. Chances of me returning for something more than the bathroom? NONE

There are a lot of places to get coffee and donuts in this town. This DD is on of the best. No it is not a drive through, but they are very sweet inside and QUICK. I mean super fast and they get my order right every time. That means something to me. I also like that the place is spotless. I work from home and when I needed a place to interview, I always chose this DD as the seats are comfortable, tables clean and the place is quiet even when busy–

I don’t expect much when paying a visit to a DD. Go in, grab my coffee and go. This turned out to be outrageous. If Unilocal allowed, I would give a negative star. I ordered a small black and gave the cashier 2 dollars and the cash register registered 48 cents to change. I was standing there waiting for my change back for longer than a normal 5 seconds to change coins back. Guess what, after about 30 seconds of staring at her, she dropped my change in her tips mugs. in my mind, i was WTF! Last I knew, that’s my money and it’s up to me to tip or not. I kept my cool and walked away since commotion is not my class. Seriously, if you’re hungry, I’ll buy you a donut. What is stealing my 48 cents going to accomplish? Feed your heroin addiction? This is lower class than a homeless person outside a DD asking for spare change. At least he has the dignity to ask! if you see that woman with light brown hair about 5’5 collecting your money, cover her tips mug while you wait for your change back.
