Edible Arrangements

Hi, I frequently send edible arrangements as gifts. The last few times, I was very unhappy! I will never be purchasing another item from edible arrangements again! What upset me most was that I was charged for an item that should have been free because I had a birthday coupon. Not only was I charged when I shouldn’t have been, but my card was charged more than it should have been (even if I didn’t have a coupon). When I called corporate, I was directed to call the location I purchased from, than I was directed to call another location because the one I ordered from had deferred my order to another location. I than spoke to «the manager» on numerous phone conversations because they kept saying they had to call me back. Said person continued to tell me they were the manager, yet than proceed to say they had to have the manager call me back. After days of going back and forth, I finally gave up and called it a loss. Again, I will never order from edible arrangements again!

Bad place, owner as rotten as his fruit, thing was shot the second day we got the shaft from this place, they are privately owned, use a different store, hopefully every one doesn’t get screwed by this bad bad Store, please don’t Oder from them u have been warned

I ordered a basket for my in-​laws anniversary and the experience was horrible. No one was home to pick it up — so they called me to make alternative arrangements and the staff was extremely unprofessional. For the enormous delivery fee I would expect the customer service to be better — I doubt this is the first time they delivered to a house and no one was home. I received numerous phone calls during my work day from the delivery driver and the manager giving me different stories (and once they each called me at the same time). There is poor communication. They treated me like I was inconveniencing them!

Wish i could give no stars. Ordered from here a few times. Fruits weren’t super fresh but still good. What makes me give them 1 star (wish no start…) is because the owner or manager basically scammed me into getting a bag that i cant return because IT WAS OPENED… Because HE opened it. And not even trying to work with me and giving me like store credit or even half its worth store credit. Last time i ever order from here…
And fyi… Mothers day was a sH*tshow. Orders were wrong and people waiting cuz nothing was on time to even just pick up.
Dont order from here!

Horrible experience. Placed an order for valentines day 3 weeks ago. Asked for them to deliver the arrangement as early as possible. The man said he would do his best to deliver it in the morning. It came at 5pm. How is that early? Also, the arrangement was due to come in a heart shaped box… I placed the order week ago and it came in separate boxes all mangled. I think they have a lot of nerve charging an arm and a leg for shipping not delivering early when requested and then having the arrangement arrive not as requested. That’s just awful. I wanted to try something fun and creative this year. Thanks edible arrangements for leaving a bad taste in my mouth with your sour employees and customer service. I would leave zero stars if possible.

Arrangement wasn’t delivered and staff is extremely unprofessional. Very poor customer service.
