I went to this gas station on a near empty tank late one night. I made it home, but the next morning, my car was making extremely scary noises on the way to work. I pulled over, checked all my fluids. Everything seemed to be in order. Then my car wouldn’t start and I had to have it towed to a repair shop. The repair shop said that there was diesel in my engine and they had to drain it, flush it out, and replace all the spark plugs. It cost me about $ 800.00 to fix and though I did report it to Sunoco, they did not reimburse me. If this ever happens to you, make sure you get a sample of the gas that was in your tank prior to the repair and also report it to the Weights and Measures City Official. I will not go back there, even if it is right down the street from me. I can’t afford that kind of grief.

This station, as well as all the other Sunoco stations, will add an extra $ 100 to your bank charge if you use an ATM debit or credit card to buy gas. They put the hold on your account for up to 48 hours and don’t warn you ahead of time that they do this. So if you’re living paycheck to paycheck and don’t have an extra $ 100 to go without for several days, then avoid these stations at all costs. By the way, all Hess service stations do it too. Not sure about other gas stations, as I’m just starting to find this out myself.

One of my regular stations to stop in the morning… Always fairly open, just sometimes a pain in the arse to get back on the Fellsway(Im not the wait for you to let me go kinda girl) so I just pull right out… But Ultimately a decent station with several bays… The little guy is almost always hiding in the little hut store thingy…
