Bad customer service. The place is run by hooded punks blasting music that don’t really care if you’re there or not.

I wish I could give negative stars, one is too much. Owner is a jerky entitled punk who doesn’t know what he’s talking about, if you can get him to talk at all. He simply sees you as potential dollars and nothing more. If he gets the vibe you’re not going to buy anything, he simply moves away and ignores you. If you aren’t going to buy something, you’re just a waste of his time. Oh, don’t start talking to other employees either, he’ll just interrupt and pull them away from you because he doesn’t want you wasting their time either. Prices are ridiculous! More proof that he is just in it for the money. Go somewhere else, ANYWHERE else, and save a ton of money. Give your hard earned money to someone who deserves it.

If I could give less than one star I would. Customer service was horrible couldn’t even order the mag I came on for just pulled up midway and said no. It’s just a resale store that gouges every sale to make profit. Raised the price of ammo 5 a box on common rounds. 8 lb powder cost 230. Cost everywhere else 180 Come one everything is back in stock.

Recently, these guys have added an online marketplace, you can order a far larger variety of items than an average store could stock, and in the case of a gun or certain gun components, these are shipped to the store and you get a phone call when they have arrived, you head down and do the paperwork. Best of all, the background check fee is really reasonable, $ 10 only… the store itself has a good selection of primarily higher end firearms, and a good ammo inventory, and quite a bit of reloading supplies. By making the online ordering easy, and by offering a huge selection of products from there vendors, they allow you to get pretty much any gun you would like quickly and efficiently. The employees are well versed, and possess good customer service skills. I will continue to do business with them.
