This is a great business. I go to the Hwy 99 office near Ashland and find that Pam is VERY customer-​focused. I am a birder, and I was hoping to have my aids programmed to help me hear high frequency bird calls. My Phonaks have a sound recovery mode that helps a little, but Pam spent some time with me to add TWO customized programs to ensure I was getting the most from my devices. Extra time on her part, but she got the job done, and with a smile! Professional service with a personal touch! :)

Elizabeth and Kris are both incredibly personable, fun, and interested in you as their patient. I truly feel that they have my best interest at the forefront and base decisions and recommendations on the overall well being of their patients. They are helpful during and well after the process of obtaining the best fit and solution for your hearing. I have purchased two set of hearing aids from them and will continue to use Imaginears for all of my hearing needs in the future.

Thank you ! My sweet little Mom was a patient of yours for years. She loved you girls so much! Always right there to help her! After years of having the most difficult time having a conversation, a friend gave Mom the magazine for Hearing Impaired. My Mom then with the help of both of you realized she could wear hearing aids! After that Mom & I were so happy because we could actually sit down & have a wonderful conversation! Dad is now having trouble. and the first Dr.‘s he said he was calling… Imagine Ears! Thank you for taking such good care of my Mom, Kathleen J. all those years.

After going to another audiologist for several years and not wearing my hearing aids regularly because they did not work right and actually were painful, I decided to try someplace different. Dr. Tangle fitted me with a trial pair of hearing aids… immediately they felt much better and I have worn them every day, all day for a month now. I cannot imagine living without them. During my trial, Dr. Tangle had me come in once a week for fine tuning… Well worth it. Each visit they feel like a natural part of my life and hearing got better. I LOVE THEM and working with Kris and Dr. Tangle has been a pleasure. I always felt welcome and like they care… THEY DO!!! any time I have a question or issue they address it right away. They advertise ‘We listen so you can hear’ this is true. Dr. Tangle truly did listen to my concerns and issues and was not afraid to try new setting no matter what to ensure I was receiving the best care possible. I am a customer for life!!!
