this review is by one of their former driver! Jospeh’s is the crapiest, nastiest bus company around Boston metro. They maybe cheaper but there are certainly many reasons behind their lower price. Please

If you’re planning on using these people be careful. The drivers do not have any respect for other people on the road and put yourself & others at serious risk. The driver of one of these buses tried to literally run my small car into a barrier inside the 93 northbound tunnel & proceeded to cut us off & then gave us the finger. The dispatch people do not care. This guy should not be driving.

My husband and I arrived at the Kohl’s parking lot in Burlington MA to meet the 8:00am bus to Mohegan Sun. The bus was prompt, however, when everyone was seated, we were told, not by the bus driver but bya rider explained the bus wasn’t going to Mohegan because we needed 15 people and we only had 12. The driver said he couldn’t take us and he needed the extra three people.
Another rider came up with the solution by saying if we all could pitch in an additional $ 7.50 or $ 8.00 that would make up for the three missing fares. Reluctantly, we agreed because none of us wanted to waste the day; we were all up early, we planned our day, we were meeting others, etc etc
I re-​read the bus guidelines and I couldn’t find any verb age that explained that the bus had to have 15 passengers and couldn’t go with less than 15.
Also, we collectively paid for three additional «tickets» to include the money for lunch, money for betting, etc. What happened to that? That should have been somehow distributed among the passengers.

On the bus to Mohegan Sun got picked up in Saugus got 2 Burlington an hour later and then the driver says «we only have 12 people not 15 so we aren’t going I’m taking everyone back to their cars». No where on the website does it tell you this. Luckily everyone on the bus really wanted to go so we paid an extra $ 7.50 each to make up for the 3 tickects they needed to sell to make the trip. If the driver offerex that as an option I’d probably have given more stars but all he did was stand up and say «we aren’t going» someone on the bus had to come up with a solution. Who wants to wake up at 5am spend an hour on a bus just to be told we aren’t going and you are going to be stuck on this bus for another hour while I bring you back. Next time I’ll definitely be driving myself.

I will never, in my life, book rides with this company. I was on my way home from work this afternoon and the driver of one of their party buses was apparently in the wrong lane for wherever it was he wanted to go. He did not signal but pushed his way into my lane, sideswiping the front end of my car as he did so. He did not stop, just continued onto Rte 3 North as if nothing happened. I called the company and left a message as there was no one to speak with (another fail for this company) but, as yet, have not heard anything back. I’d be afraid to book a ride with a company that would hire such terrible drivers.

I tried to take the afternoon bus to Mohegan Sun this past Saturday. When the bus not show up I called the dispatcher. The person who picked up the phone was very rude and said she would call the driver and call me back. Of course she never took my number so she couldn’t call back.
After waiting an hour at the exact location and not seeing a bus I called this rude dispatcher again and was told the bus had already come.
Come to find out they used a different, smaller bus for the pick up. You would think if a transportation company is using a different type of vehicle that 1) dispatch would know this information and be able to tell you and 2) the driver would maybe come out of the bus to make sure there were no other passengers.
This was my first time trying to take this bus and the experience was far from good.

Joseph’s Limo is extremely priced. The customer service could be a little better (I had to go back and forth a couple of times with the representatives due to lack of communication within the company). The limo had arrived on time and it was incredibly beautiful and stocked with ice and cups. The aux cable was not working though wich was a little disappointing considering my boyfriend had spent countless hours working on the playlist. Santos the driver was extremely respectful. We had a great time! Thank you!

The bus was awesome!!! The driver was extremely nice!!! Great customer service!!! He drove to 3 different locations to pick up all my guests and arrive to the church on time! Took us to all the places we needed to go!!! Highly recommended!!! Thanks guys!

Horrible experience. They don’t even deserve ONE star! Bad shocks. No AC. No lights in bus on trip home. A small bus was sent at 12 noon run to Mohegan. Full to capacity and you felt your body SLAM with every bump. It was so hot I thought I was going to pass out. Took my mother for her birthday and it sucked! Do not use these people. Called to complain 3x. They ignored my first vm. Second call a guy name Jerry said he would have a supervisor call me back. No one did. I called 3^rd time a lady, who said she is the owner and the other owner retired as I pushed who else can I speak to. She said she wouldn’t give me my $ back nor a free ride on another bus later. A real B*T*H not willing to give anything. A sucky way to do business.

My 75 year old mother and I did not even enjoy a dinner for fear we had to go the bathroom on the trip home. No toilets on bus. The lady says to me, well did you have to go the bathroom? You could call out to the driver! Lol! Yes let me call out and put a stop to the drive home in pitch darkness so he can stop somewhere and have a bunch of drunk people get pissed off we’re stopping!
This b**** just basically said F you. Suck it up. No one else complained she said. I said but you don’t return calls on complaints so how do you know no one complained? You literally felt your body slam on each bump. Pitch black ride home. Apparently hard core gamblers didn’t mind a bad ride??? Maybe they’re used to abuse and feel they are not worth a decent ride?
Disgusting ride and bad customer service. If I could have punched the lady in the face for how she talked to me I would have loved to.
Better yet, let her take a trip on one of her dirty, hot, bumpy buses on a two hour trip without a toilet!
Do NOT use this service! I’m sure there are better ones out there! I will slam this company! And I will spread the word hard!
Hey B**** how do you like me now? A complimentary trip was the right thing to do.

Took the day off work to go to Mohegan. Called to verify that the trip would still be on, the day before AND the day of, as it was raining out. Bus was 15 minutes late, and took the longest route to get to the next few stops. After sitting for over an hour on the bus, and the dispatcher kept telling the driver to call him @ each stop, we are told the trip has been cancelled!!! Not because of the rain, but because we have only 5 people on the bus!!! I immediately called the disptcher, as, why do we have to pay for the fact there was not enough people on the bus? He said it was «company policy», I said, «you don’t post it»!
Do they tell you, that you could potentially be on the bus for hours, THEN they cancel the trip? Needless to say how upset everyone was. We then had to endure another 90 minutes of the driver’s longest route, to return us to our cars. By then, it was 3 hours after we originally got to the bus stop to be picked up!!!
Why couldn’t they have sent a smaller van, or small vehicle? We all paid for the trip-​It is THEIR problem if they don’t make an unposted quota… You could understand if they sold tickets, so they would know how many people were going beforehand, but they don’t! So, you have to be held hostage while they HOPE they pick up enough people to make the trip!!!
SHOULD NOT BE IN A CUSTOMER SERIVICE BUSINESS!!! VERY POOR ETHICS!

Last weekend, I booked the 30 person party bus for a 40-​something birthday bash, and it was outstanding. We went from the Foxboro, Mass area to Newport, Rhode Island, and there was plenty of room for us to party. The bus has an awesome sound system, karaōke machine, plasma screen, and more. Joey was great to work with (flexible and customer focused) and our driver, Tom, was also very friendly and accommodating. Overall, an excellent experience, which I would highly recommend. Five stars!!!

Tried to get a 25-​person minivan to take us from Harvard Square to Logan in time for a 6am flight. The minivan never showed up and we all ended up having to scramble for taxis at 3am. Turns out reservations somehow put in the previous Friday, even though the computer system doesn’t usually allow putting in past dates (time travel).
They were courteous when I called to inquire, and didn’t end up charging me. I asked about them covering the taxi costs beyond the $ 250 price we were going to pay, and they seemed amenable. Didn’t happen because the taxis actually cost less, haha. The call when I first called to book was really smooth and friendly too. Was quoted $ 250 for the service, which I thought was a reasonable enough price.
The disaster + the overall friendliness + okay save = 3 stars.

Use Josephs for airport transfers, they are always prompt, decent prices, but the service has been lacking recently — namely drivers don’t assist with luggage, etc… Most importantly, they get you where you need to go, and on time…

For my wedding I was looking for a cheap and nearby service that could provide a limousine to take me and my husband to the church and reception site. After calling a number of places, I was really relieved when I found this place at such an affordable rate. They were straight forward on the phone and handled my reservation professionally. On the wedding day, the limo arrived 20 minutes early, the driver was really nice and friendly and helped me in an out, and he got me to the ceremony safely and on time. The limousine itself was clean and well air-​conditioned, and although we opted out of any extras, I was happy with the overall quality and service.
